The four-room apartment with an area of 71 m² has 6 beds, including 2 in the living room on a sofa bed as an extra bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located on the second floor. Room layout: living room with a sofa bed and dining area for 4 people, kitchen open to the living room, bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedroom 2 with a single bed, bedroom 3 with a single bed, bathroom with a bathtub with shower function, corner balcony with an area of 9 m².

Apartament Wilanów Residence, jest kompaktowym studio dla 2 osób, zlokalizowany w Miasteczku Wilanów. We have our own restaurant and bar on the ground floor called Paul's Place Restaurant & Bar. It is open from 8am till 12noon for Breakfasts. Wehave been unable to reopen normally since Covid impacted on everything. Free WiFi and mutichannel TVs throughout. Complimentary tea and coffee on arrival. Modern hot water and heating. Fans provided in hot weather.
