The proximity to the trade fair town of Tulln (about 10 minutes) , to Vienna (about 30 minutes by car or by train from Tullnerfeld station), the Wienerwald and also to the Wachau (about 40 minutes) offers numerous possibilities for excursions.

In the living room and eating area you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The Wienerlied and the Heuriger made Grinzing worlds famous. The excursion to the Heuriger is still one very popular past time activity for many Viennese people. Grinzing is offering a comfortable art of living with a country style character of quietness and green and a flair of chic.

The house with garden is located on the edge of the forest, 1.5 km from Stockerau train station and 10 minutes by bike from the Danube bike path. The house is adjacent to the riverside forest, which is ideal for recreation. The apartment consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms with a total of three beds, and a small living room. It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.

It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.
