Gregor's place is perfectly located for people visiting IST Austria, it's a 5 min walk. The garden is very pleasant, and the neighborhood is very quiet and close to beautiful trails in the Viennese forest.

Ho adorato Silvia e la casa dal primo istante. Silvia è sempre disponibile. Inoltre ha 4 gatti adorabili che tengono molta compagnia (specialmente quello rosso). La camera è perfetta anche per un soggiorno lungo. Inoltre il giardino all’esterno è bellissimo. Luogo perfetto per chi vuole godersi del tempo in tranquillità. Caldamente consigliato.

A great place to stay! Christian welcomes us to his house after a long day on the bike. The place was beautiful an the little spa, with sauna and pool, more than we could have wished for. It is super easy to reach and a super market is also close by. Top!

Very nice stay, the room was cosy and spacious, in a peaceful and beautiful place. The landlord was very nice and kind. And his four cats and a dog are lovely. The best choice in Vienna！

El apartamento es precioso, muy amplio y limpio 😊✨️. Está bien equipado y las camas son cómodas. Se encuentra a pocos minutos andando del centro de Viena y cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. No es una zona ruidosa. La llegada fue fácil y la anfitrióna es amable y atenta. Se agradecen detalles como el secador de pelo, las pastillas para la lavadora y para el lavabajillas. Si volvemos a Viena, sin duda, repetiremos ☺️

Vesselin gerçekten harika bir ev sahibi. Bizden kaynaklı bir sorun oluştuğunda bunun için de bize en kolay çözüm yolunu gösterecek kadar kibar bir kişi. Ev aynı fotoğraflarda anlatıldığı gibiydi. Metro ulaşımı çok kolaydı. Viyana gezimiz için mükemmel bir seçim oldu. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz Vesselin😊

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende bei Christa und Christian verbracht! Die Umgebung ist traumhaft - zum Wandern oder einfach um im Garten mit herrlichem Ausblick in der Sonnen zu baden. Die Sauna ist ein echtes Highlight! Von Wien aus ist es sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar und in 30 Gehminuten kann man einem Bio-Hofladen alles kaufen, was man so braucht, frisch und regional. Christa hatte sehr gute Wandertipps für uns und so konnten wir zwei Tage frische Luft und Sonne tanken. Vielen Dank!

Fabulous accomodation !! Lukas and Karin are super super hosts. We have had the most memorable stay especially being my 60th birthday 🎂 🍾 Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10 min drive to the train station getting you into the heart of Vienna in about 15-20 mins. Supermarket 5 mins up the road and parking in the street front. Spotlessly clean with all amenities, the most awesome fluffy bath sheets !! Great recommendations and always quick to respond. Ian loved his golf game aswell, thanks Lukas. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Martin war ein fantastischer Gastgeber! Die „Press“ -Weinlokal daneben- ist ein echt wienerisches Beisl. Ein idealer Ort, einen anstrengenden Tag ausklingen zu lassen und ohne Schickimickischnickschnack. Wer die leider selten gewordene Atmosphäre von Alt-Simmering sucht, ist bei Martin genau richtig. Inmitten der teilweise etwas rauh scheinenden Umgebung ist Martins Altbau-Gästewohnung faszinierend, schön gepflegt und mit einem tollen Garten ausgestattet und etwas ganz Besonderes für Besucher, die das echte authentische Wien kennenlernen wollen. Außerdem ist die Verkehrsanbindung optimal. Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen!

Overall experience was very good. Daniel was very welcoming and very informative regarding the city tour. The apartment was very cozy and clean. Nearest transportation to the city center is approx 15 mins walk. Since the apartment is on the first floor heavy baggage can be kept in the main reception area which is under lock and key and small baggage can be taken upstairs. Overall it was a great experience.

We loved Markus's place as an assiduously clean, broadly accommodating, hermitically quiet and private, and meticulously well appointed place, and as an excellent launching point to shopping and restaurants in Wien. Markus's place also offers excellent back porch seating for contemplative reading and conversation. We also felt very enabled to do both distance walking and jogging with excellent elevation gain and mystical, magical high meadow views. So many ungulates! If you as a guest like your stay bright, clean, and emerald green, a stay infused with the energies, radiance and vibrance of sprightly natural woodlands and high pasture Austria, Markus's place is for you. Markus himself struck us as gentle, caring, deeply humble and reachable; as much, Markus is cautious to grant you quiet and privacy, consciously safeguarding these experiences for you. Nina und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und lieben die Gegend. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Hütte bietet alles was man braucht, um ein paar Tage Ruhe im Grünen zu genießen. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den tollen Empfang und die flexible Kommunikation.

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Meine Buchung war sehr kurzfristig und trotzdem was alles in makellosem, sauberen Zustand. Die Aussicht und auch die ruhige und naturverbundene gemütliche Lage war es wert meinen Trip hier her zu machen. Danke

Wir haben uns bei Annas Unterkunft sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war super sauber geputzt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war bei den heißen Temperaturen der absolute Hit. Es gab so viele bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten...(drinnen und vor allem draußen)

Super schöne kleine Hütte im Texingtal! Super unkompliziert und echt schöner Empfang mit Lagerfeuer und Kerzen.
