Holiday home Mala in Preko on the island of Ugljan is a real place to get away from the city crowds and bustle. This is where problems are forgotten, breathing deeply, pure thoughts, and resting. The house is a mix of old and new, we remodeled the old house, but it remains a mark on the past. It has two terraces, which are used as the sun shines on the backyard. Morning, the west one is drinking coffee, and the afternoon north is for dining. In the evening, you can relax with a glass of good wine or cocktails on one of them.

Your place is just outside of the center of Cali, right outside of the beach. It's perfect for a family vacation. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house, fully equipped, air conditioned and has a terrace with a sea view. Also, on the ground floor of the house is a spacious and decorated yard. Parking is provided as well as use of BBQ and outdoor dining area. The island of Ugly is connected to the city by fast and frequent ferries and boat lines, allowing access to additional amenities and entertainment.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.
