the cottage was even more beautiful on arrival than in the pictures, what a place! beautiful garden/orchard, fresh oranges, lemons and grapefruits. Children could not get out of the pool, we were here from April 21, 2025, 9 days. Due to the wonderful weather a lot outside. Large spacious kitchen, and mega living and dining area. Our daughter mentioned the house inside a museum, many old paintings and furniture. The sofa was lovely and a mega TV. Lots of geckos around the cottage. Birds of prey flying over. Pool was checked 2 x in our week, in the yard there is a gardener working, here you won't notice anything from friendly man!

The house was beautiful and quiet. The rooms as well as the bathrooms were very clean and nothing was missing. The kitchen has everything you need. The best part of the whole house was the pool where you can really stay the whole day. We had a great stay!

Overall, we had a really great holiday in the finca. The pictures correspond to reality and everything is well maintained and clean. We were only with 4 people in the finca, but there are more than enough dishes and towels, so these should also be more than sufficient for 6 people. However, one point of criticism is the coffee machine: there is no Nespresso (capsule) coffee machine but only a really very slow filter coffee machine. A run took 1 hour, which should be replaced. Communication with the host was rather difficult, responses were very sparse or only on request. The check-in and check-out itself was complicated, keys were stored in key box.

A really nice villa set in a picturesque location. Perfect for a family holiday in Mallorca. The Villa is spacious and well equipped. We had a fantastic time. Thank you.

a great villa with nice gardens and pool with decent aircon. the only negative was i would have liked a dish cloth to wash up the pans with but ending up buying some for the next guests.

This was a fantastic villa to stay in with my family including 3 small grandsons under 5. Valeria was a very kind and thoughtful host and so lovely to chat to. She went out of her way to be responsive to our questions and to offer suggestions about the area. The villa itself is large and has plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a great hit with the boys and was super safe thanks to gated access so parents felt confident about managing them around it. Alcudia is beautiful and being able to swim just a few metres away albeit it from rocks was a bonus. We have made some very precious memories! Thank you so much Valeria ❤️

This is an amazing place to stay! We were 3 families, a total of 11 people of which 5 children, and we had a great time. There are many bedrooms (with AC and fan), many bathrooms, a good and well equiped kitchen. Many dining areas. The garden is very nice with pool, ping pong table and places in both sun and shade. Great grocery store very close, a couple of minutes away by car. Quiet area. Max is an amazing host! Very nice and welcoming, responds quickly and helpful with everything. We felt like at home and will absolutely stay here even next time we are in Mallorca! Thank you Max for a wonderful vacation!

Eight friends stayed for a week and we absolutely loved the villa. Literally across the road from the sea for those that wanted to swim and use the paddle board, with the added bonus of our own pool in the back garden. The location is literally a stroll away from bars and restaurants yet still peaceful. The rooftop was brilliant for an evening bbq or sunbathe. We would definitely love to come back. Thank you Joan!

We stayed here for 5 weeks in winter and felt very comfortable. The house is very large and cozy. You have a great view from every window. The property is large and beautiful. In addition, it is completely fenced and our dogs enjoyed being out here a lot. The house is in the country and beautifully private with no direct neighbors. You can walk directly from the house, but you need a car for shopping etc. Maria was always available for us and responded quickly. We had a very nice stay.

Great stay! The house is great for a big group. It is located in a quiet and wild urea. In April we couldn't swim (too much seaweed and cold water) but the walks are very nice

Lovely villa, wonderful pool which is great for young children. Lots of places to congregate as a group inside and outside, including an outside wood-fired oven. Easy 20 minutes walk into Alcudia which has good restaurants and beach with a shallow sea for paddling and swimming. Virginia is very responsive when needed and very friendly and helpful.

A very nice place to stay, great pool, privately located and close to the center. The bathroom urgently needed a renovation and the artificial flowers were a little unnecessary with this great house. Overall, we were very satisfied and would also come back.

Spacious, well-appointed home that's great for family with kids. A little noise from the main road, but in return within walking distance to the beach. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries.

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

Excellent stay with welcome from the Catalina family, the accommodation is superb, airy, super clean, with an incredible view, not overlooked, it takes the car to go to the center but a small grocery store restaurant bar easy to access on foot, seaside and superb pier, suitable for children if needed Top-notch vacations thanks to our hosts

Great property. Our whole group felt at home. Very clean and spacious. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Safe and quiet location. Resturants, bars, shops and beach 5 mins walk away. Alcudia old town 15-20mins walk.

we had a great time in the finca. At the first arrival, you should not be confused about the road, as the last two kilometers are field road. But you end up in a wonderful spot of earth, you are completely alone, you enjoy freedom! My highlight was the lemons and orange trees in the garden, where we were allowed to help ourselves every day!

We had a fantastic stay (3 families with little children between 2 and 5 yrs old). The house is big, well equipped (we really appreciated the toys for the beach) and the fence for the pool (that we didn’t use due to the weather). Port of pollenca is very nice : plenty of restaurants, lots of playgrounds on the beach, beautiful beaches nearby (formentor) ! We had a wonderful stay at Xisco's Finca. The pool is just superb and the Finca itself was really nice. Xisco was easy to communicate with and greeted us in the beginning to show us around. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely come again. Thanks again Xisco.
