Villa vacation rentals in Balearic Islands

Our stay at Rosa's house in Menorca was simply spectacular. The two-story house is spacious, cozy and very well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which comes with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. From the first moment, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to every detail, especially the pool, which was impeccable and ready to enjoy. The house offers stunning views of the Mediterranean, and the sunsets are truly magical; every evening was a show of colors that will remain in our memory. In addition, the location is ideal. Just a few minutes walk away, we had access to supermarkets and restaurants, which was very convenient. The proximity to Ciutadella, just a 5-minute drive away, was also a strong point, as it made it much easier for us to travel from Mallorca, where we took the ferry. Private parking gave us peace of mind and made it easy to get around the island. Definitely a place we would recommend 100%.

I highly recommend Carlos' place (and Carlos as a host, he is absolutely wonderful)! It is perfectly situated in Palma; close to a bus line that provides access to the Old Town area, within walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, and 2 convenient parking lots. The area is quiet and peaceful but within a short walk, the hustle and bustle of the city centre is reachable. The home has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for larger groups and amazing indoor/outdoor living. Our group especially liked sitting in the dining area with the doors open to the upper deck overlooking the pool and neighborhood. Carlos and Berta were incredibly helpful, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided a 5 star experience!!

Great stay at this lovely villa on Cala Morell. The place is very well decorated, comfortable, very clean and with sea views. And the bedding is very good too. It's also right next to the Cami des Cavals with a great hike to Algaiarens beach. Not to mention the Cala Morell which is a magical place. Thomas was very responsive to all our questions. We'll be there:)

Totally recommend the house 100% - it’s got everything you could need. We went out of season and it was incredibly peaceful, despite being so close to everything. It’s a very short walk to the lovely beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was a hit with everyone, as was the pool table. It’s a very flexible space too, loads of comfortable options if you’re hanging out, from the lounge to poolside to balconies to the large, shaded outdoor dining table next to the outdoor kitchen/grill. The main kitchen is really well equipped, and the massive fridge / freezer is perfect for bigger groups like ours. However, what really elevated the holiday experience was Kimberley from FiveStar. She could not have been more helpful. Communication was brilliant from the off, and when we ran into a few issues (completely of our own making), she got things sorted as quickly and easily as you could hope. She also helped us with an early check in as the house was ready, something we really appreciated.

We had a great vacation at Lucy‘s place. Everything was really wonderful. Communicating with Lucy and Robin was always very quick and they are both very nice. Our kids (9 mo, 4 yo, 6 yo) loved the pool. The house is equipped with everything possibly needed for cooking, a day at the beach or at the pool as well as games for a rainy day. It was also great to have a baby bed and high chair. The location is great and the views are stunning. It’s an easy trip from the airport and we had fun visiting nearby beaches, towns and Cap Formentor. Can only recommend! Thank you so much for having us.

Beautiful villa, responsive host, and an excellent location that feels safe/private. We had to be quiet outside in the late night hours (after 11pm), but it's a fair compromise to maintain a generally peaceful atmosphere.

We spent almost two weeks in this beautiful finca with nine people and two babies. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The amenities are exactly as shown in the photos, great! The surroundings are fantastic and the coasts with many beautiful bays around Portocolom are just a stone's throw away. An ideal home for a relaxing family vacation with barbecue evenings by the great pool, hikes in the area and excursions to the many beautiful places around. Communication with Pere was straightforward and friendly and his entire family took care of our well-being in a touching way. Many thanks for this! This will remain an unforgettable vacation.

I was stunned from the first moment of entering the property. Everything was of highest quality, spotless and everything was working. I was a bit worried of ruining any of the fine furniture with my kids and we actually managed to make a huge stain on the couch at the check out! I was terrified but Nicolle didn’t even make a fuss about it made me feel at ease! Thank you for an amazing holiday!

We were staying for a family wedding and wished we could have stayed longer. Accommodation was brilliant, spacious and the pool great. Walking distance to great restaurants and bays.

Vanessa’s villa was beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything has been thought of. Super comfortable beds, power showers, superb kitchen, wonderful well maintained pool, patio and gardens. Fabulous private and peaceful location close to Santa Gertrudis centre and only ever about a 20 minute drive from wherever we wanted to go. We loved our stay to celebrate my 50th birthday and hope to come back again in the future, thank you Vanessa ❤️ We accidentally left our Mac & iPad in a drawer and Vanessa has been so helpful in getting these securely back to us. We also chartered a boat through Vanessa’s husband which was a fantastic day! Again, highly recommend. A very memorable time in Ibiza 🌈

His home is pristine, extremely well located, tasteful and private. Extra bonus points for the comfortable beds! It is everything you need and more for a relaxing getaway.

No words can really describe the beautiful setting, location and surroundings. Everything exceeded our expectations. The pictures alone really don’t do it justice. It was a magical experience from the arrival, driving down from the Main Street to the house to the scent of orange trees, lemon trees to the most magnificent views of the ocean. Every room has the most beautiful set up and shows the attention to detail Elsa has. We had everything we needed and so much more to spend the most wonderful family vacation, away from noise and the huddle and bustle of everything. Highly recommend!! We will be back for sure. Words honestly cannot describe it. Perfection! Close drive and walk to Deia as well. Thank you Elsa for being so responsive and super helpful with everything .

We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

The villa is in a fantastic location - very quiet and rural but only a few minutes' drive to the beach and Pollença (and the local supermarkets). You definitely need a car or bikes (there are protected cycle paths along the main roads near the beach) to get the most out of being here. We were three adult couples and a toddler so the layout worked perfectly (a plan would make a really useful addition to the listing). There's an ensuite for bedroom 1 while bedroom 2 has a bathroom right next to it. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at the other end of the house - with another bathroom. The outdoor spaces offer a lot of flexibility of sun and shade. The kitchen is well-equipped and the pool nice and clean. Water pressure in the showers was good though pressure in the toilets was a bit low sometimes. All in all, an excellent villa which we would highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation! We had a great time with 4 people! Thank you Francoise for hosting us. The accommodation matches the photos and description in every way. It is ideally placed to admire the most beautiful sunsets or to get to Ciutadella quickly.

This villa is nicer than the current photos, new ones being taken soon I believe. Daniel was a brilliant host, easy to get hold of and very helpful and friendly. We let ourselves into the villa and he popped to see us later to check we were ok. We arrived a earlier than the 4pm check in and had access to the the lovely garden and pool while the fabulous Mimi and her colleague cleaned the villa after the previous guests. They did a very thorough job, leaving the villa pristine for our stay. The villa itself is in a great location, just a 10 min walk to the centre of town. For clarity the first 100 metres of the walk are on the road, in a part where the road is wide enough for this not to pose a problem, and whilst facing the oncoming traffic so isn't an issue. After that point there is a path on the left hand side heading into town (it's easy to miss), it is to the left of a wall so keep a look out for it, it's perfectly safe. I fully recommend this villa and it's host.

We had an amazing stay at Partrice’s villa. The pool and outside space was perfect. Beautiful views of the sea. Location was great. Nice and peaceful area with just a short walk down to Son Bou. Free street parking. Kitchen was well equipped and the filtered water from the fridge was a bonus. Villa was lovely and clean when we arrived. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable but mattresses in the two other bedrooms were not so! Hopefully this can be improved for future guests. Otherwise we had the most wonderful time staying at the villa and we would definitely recommend.

Juan is an excellent host, very friendly and approachable. We really liked the house, very bright with plenty of space, easy parking, a very nice and quiet area. 100% recommended

Great property, isolated and quiet location so you need a car, but great position between Pollenca and Port of Pollenca. Roomy, clean. Nice pool and gardens. Highly recommend. Easy in/out process and communications from Nord Villas.
