Arranged on 2 levels: on the ground floor, a bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchen, and a living room with a TV sofa. Upstairs, bathroom with large shower and 3 bedrooms. Overall, it can accommodate 7 people. Outdoor area: large patio for outdoor dining with table and barbecue, garden with rocking chair/deckchair and ladder to go down to the beach

Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a fireplace complete with appliances, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large porch, and an outdoor barbecue. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes

First level instead large room with panoramic terrace. The bathroom is spacious with shower and bidet.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.

It is the ideal place for total relaxation in contact with a pristine nature.

Located 200 metres from the sea, this villa offers ample space and all amenities, making it ideal for a peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The accommodation is surrounded by a large garden completely fenced for the safety of children and furry friends. A car is required to reach the house. The beach is public and can be reached either on foot or by car via a private road.
