Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Polzeath Beach

This place made for a great base and was good value; we were on a budget and it met all our needs. Beds were comfy and it never felt crowded with 7 of us staying. We could always get enough hot water and bedding and towels were clean. We never heard any noise outside or through walls. Sandra was very helpful and responsive and it was a lovely touch to arrive to milk, biscuits, tea and coffee.

We had the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay at The Anchorage. The location was superb, and the views from the house were my personal favorite part. I spent every spare minute in the sunroom looking at the ocean. There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable and my children especially enjoyed the kids room with bunk beds! The town is beautiful and there are so many different beach options around to choose from. It is definitely a little stressful driving in the village (coming from from an American haha) but that aside it was a perfect end to our vacation and I plan on booking again (this time with some friends or maybe extended family to fill up the many bedrooms!)

I don’t think the pictures did this place justice- it was absolutely beautiful and homey and had everything we needed, including the comfiest bedding I’ve ever slept in. We were given great recommendations and the communication was quick, friendly and helpful. We did have a few woodlouse and even a beetle in the house but we were warned and there’s repellants so there wasn’t much more that the host could’ve done. The area was so peaceful and it was a perfect break from normal life. Wish we could’ve stayed for longer!

Charming 2 levels townhome in a great location. Very walkable to the train, bus, and main shopping and dining thoroughfare. The permitted parking spot was a real premium. Note that the streets are very narrow in that historic section of Penzance, so drive with extra care. The hosts were communicative and able to arrange for a later check-out for us.

We had an amazing time at the bay talland! Staff was super friendly and the house was more than what we hoped for! The hot tub, pool, plunge pool and sauna was all included in our stay and we loved using them! We would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful escape. Thanks so much.

We stayed for four days over Easter as a family. Instructions were clear and Ivana responded quickly to all my queries before going. Hot tub was lovely. Views stunning. Amenities all as listed. Really is a lovely little cottage. We did have a couple of issues but Ivana has been amazing at sorting and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you Ivana.

We loved Anastasia’s home. Really couldn’t fault anything. The house is gorgeous and really spacious. We felt right at home immediately. It had everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again. The location was perfect too and everything we wanted to do while there was within walking distance. Loved it.

Really a lovely and beautifully clean caravan, with towels and bedding and all the cleaning supplies etc so no need to bring too much from home. Stunning location you fall in love with straight away. Quiet in winter but you feel safe.

Absolutely fabulous location and host. The views were outstanding from living room/balcony. Lis was always on hand for guidance and recommendations. Lots of fabulous walking and amazing restaurants.

The apartment was fabulous, very spacious, amazing location for both walking to Swanpool beach and also Falmouth town centre.

This home is a real gem! Location is perfect, right on the beach and mere meters away from the center of St Ives. The street itself is quiet and off the main strip which is ideal for peaceful evenings. Easily accessible by car as long as you are comfortable navigating narrow streets. Couldn’t think of anything to make it better!

Amber's flat was a great location for checking out family history in the local area. It was bright, clean and very comfortable and had everything we needed. The parking was especially useful. It was also very handy for local restaurants and pubs, buses to Falmouth and other places and boat trips.

Really lovely self contained accommodation within easy walking distance of town. Had everything we needed for a stay away and Chris was helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again

Myself and two friends travelled from London and had an absolutely amazing well needed break! The property was absolutely beautiful and the location. We walked to Looe following the recommendations and had an amazingly mindful walk in the natural beauty of Cornwall. We are already planning our next trip back! Rob is a brilliant host, they property was better than the pictures and the communication was excellent

Despite bad weather and a couple of power cuts we had a lovely few days away. The property felt private and not overlooked and was well equiped with everything we needed in the kitchen. A lovely beach is a short walk away, we also took a short drive into looe for a cuppa and cake. We would definitely stay longer next time.

This is by far THE best Air BnB I have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate and finished to an incredibly high standard and the staff were so attentive and friendly. I would recommend this to everyone no matter the time of year or type of holiday you want.

We stayed over the long Easter weekend at Jacuelines place with our extended family for a special birthday. The home is beautiful, exactly like the photos, and felt large enough for us to be together and have space at the same time. The garden is also lovely, with a beautiful pond and lots of space for games - the shed had plenty equipment we used from racquets to balls to hammocks! The kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate - we did a lot of cooking whilst there and it was easy to cook for 15 of us without issue. Staying here really made the time together extra special. I should add the host was receptive, helpful and accessible - v v easy to navigate the process of renting her home and sorting out anything we needed - thank you!

We can't recommend Lindsey and Kaye's place enough! Beautiful surroundings in peace and quiet, perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy the land. The hot tub was used every evening and was a real treat after a long day of walking, it was also tucked away and private which made it more relaxing and enjoyable (not all hot tubs in Airbnb's are!). The comfty bed, massive rain shower, stunning kitchen/lounge area were all incredible, but having the views, open space,, and all the little touches that Lindsey and Kaye have added are what make this stay special. Lindsey showed us around and was always on hand to chat and recommend things/give helpful advice, and Kaye was kind enough to show us how the pizza oven works and make sure we were okay! As I said, I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you have a dog (ours loved playing with their beautiful dog, Dodger). The pictures don't do it justice! Quick recommendations: Praa Sands, Porthcurno Beach & Minack Theatre - must see!

Extremely well equipped, welcoming, super clean, plenty of instructions and information about the house and area. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, super garden, plenty of parking, great hot tub, acres of storage, what wasn’t to like!
