This listing was so cute and just as listed. There place a very clean and I loved the little snacks, drinks, and coffee she offered. If you forgot something, she had just about everything you could think of- an extra charger, beach towels, dishes, and even q-tips! There were plenty of walkable restaurants, which were really good. It wasn’t too far from downtown Miami and close to the airport.

The place was very clean and cozy, enough and comfortable for two people, close to many places and good restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.

Alex was fantastic when I arrived in the middle of a huge Thunderstorm and helped me get my Suitcases from my car and into my Apartment.... I would book with Alex anytime I might return to Hollywood. Thanks Alex

Beautiful pool, nice clean and well priced!

What a fantastic air B&B! It was such a nice room with great outdoor space, swimming pool and even an electric BBQ that we used. From our vacation this was the nicest accommodation and well located in a safe neighborhood with supermarkets nearby. Judy was very friendly and sent clear messages and information in advance. It was very clean, fully furnished and there were good beds. You can't get it better!

I absolutely loved my stay! Instructions were very clear, easy to find, host was very helpful and very responsive. The place was very clean and as shown in the pictures. Would absolutely book again and would definitely recommend.

the stay was incredible! it was a cozy little Airbnb with everything you could need for a trip to FL such as chairs and umbrellas for the beach and even a cooler. way more than i could have asked for. in addition the room was very clean and we came in on our fourth day to be pleasently surprised with our room cleaned up, bed made and changed, and fresh rowels (sorry for leaving all our stuff all over the room i hope it didnt make cleaning difficult). i am very grateful i was able to find a place ran by people who not only understand traveling needs but go above and beyond to meet them. I wish them many more years in service because these are the types of places that make Airbnb a valuable option.

Giancarlo’s place was lovely! It looks exactly like the pictures and was a cozy set up for 2 people. We were grateful for the amble towels, cups & dishes, and storage space. There was some consistent outside noise (from neighbors and an event at the park nearby), but Giancarlo even tried to give us heads up about community events. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great cozy spot. Outside looks unassuming but the inside is super nice. Great for one person or two. I was able to walk to Nova campus for a conference ~20 mins away, which is why I picked this location. Nice shower and a comfy bed! Cute coffee shop nearby called Ella!

Really clean place and easy in and out… Had the chance to stay for a night after a concert. But will definitely book again if needed.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Olivia's place! She was an excellent host, always respectful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The space may be small, but it’s incredibly well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a cozy and accommodating stay. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a small sofa or a comfortable chair to the space. It can be a bit uncomfortable to sit on the bed all the time, especially when recovering from surgery. Additionally, a couple of nice patio or outdoor chairs would be a great addition, allowing guests to enjoy the pleasant weather while sipping tea or coffee outside. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I look forward to visiting again in the future! Thank you, Olivia!

We thoroughly appreciated our time spent here. I was thankful for the early check-in, which I inquired about since I am not a local and my train arrived earlier than expected. The host and co-host were prompt in their responses and ensured that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We look forward to returning!

Cool spot worth the money for a couple nights if needed

Matthew’s place was awesome! We instantly felt right at home and the studio was decorated beautifully and extremely clean! My favorite part about this place was the outside patio, I took zoom calls, and my night class outside and it was super quiet! Never had an issue with noise or disturbances, it’s a very peaceful complex. Matthew and his team are very responsive, the A/C was blowing hot air so we sent a message on air bnb and within minutes someone was at the door to check it out! Later they found that they needed to replace the unit and they did so very fast. My husband and I left for some exploration and by the time we returned the unit was replaced and you couldn’t tell anyone was even in the room! We loved it so much, that we rebooked a few nights later for 4 more days! Definitely recommend this place, we will be back!!!
