The place was easily to reach, close to several bus stops. also, clean and has enough equipment for a short trip.

Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

Great stay in Venice! The apartment is perfectly located, large, well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms are fine and the terrace is superb. Perfect communication with Chiara, who is very responsive, kind and available. Recommended!

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Great sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

We will never stay anywhere else. This was our first time to Venice. Edoardo gave us specific instructions how to get on a water taxi and where to get off. He met us at the station to help us with our bags and brought umbrellas (it was raining!). It’s 100 paces from Giglio stop to his apartment. The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. The beds and linens were very cozy. It has a washer AND dryer in the unit and well as a safe in each room. On the water side of the apartment, singing gondolas go by and there are pretty flowers planted right outside each of the apartment windows. It’s like a beautiful movie. Just outside the apartment you can walk over a bridge and catch a gondola or through the streets of luxury stores 10 mins to St Marks square. It’s a 15 minute walk to almost anywhere you want to go. No need for a car or water taxi once you get to the Giglio stop. Edoardo accommodated our bags before and after our stay and advised us with travel to the airport. Great host!

The perfect location, beautiful balcony, and responsive host. Perfect stay for Venice.

The decor is very Venetian and made us felt at home from the moment we walked in. The most beautiful views over Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal. The location is very central and perfect to explore the city from. Even though the Grand Canal is busy, by closing the windows and shutters it blocked out all noises at night. The host is very responsive.

Helpful host who gave check in instructions in good time. Did not need to communicate much as we didn’t have any problems
