Hosts went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of. We were greeted with an abundance of treats to start our vacation. This house was one of the best stocked homes we have ever stayed at. They did a fantastic job communicating with us and describing their home on the listing. They even surprised our family with a sweet gift when we left.

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

Carla’s home is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna. It is very clean and spacious with 3 spread out bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the touches in the home were great. There are mirrors and tissue boxes in bedrooms, well supplied toiletries, paper towels and pantry items. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. Very clean and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and shopping. Excellent location on a quiet street. Highly recommend this place.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The pictures looked nice, but there were little things that really stand out that don’t do it justice. We were thrilled to have our own private pool, fire pit and cabana to relax with our family. The owners are very friendly and respond promptly. The entire property is neat and clean. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location! Stores within walking distance or short drive away. Beach was peaceful and beautiful! Quiet area with great sea food nearby. Nice thoughtful touches were included, such as dishwasher and laundry pods, a well stocked kitchen with olive oil and an ice machine. We loved our time at NSB!

I had a fantastic stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit, always quick to answer any questions I had. The place itself is practically brand new, and it was spotless — extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my whole family and kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail and comfort really made our experience memorable. My family and I stayed here visiting family that live in town. There were 13 of us total ranging in ages from 70’s to infant. The house was absolutely perfect for every member of our family! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable! It was fully stocked to make us feel right at home. We did not have any issues with our stay and if in town again we would definitely pick to stay here again. 10/10 recommended!

This place was everything and more! It smelled amazing and was very clean and had everything we could have wanted. Only thing I wish it had was some fans, we are fan sleepers lol but other than that everything was just amazing, beds were comfortable, heated pool was an absolute favorite with the kids. The kids had a lot of fun catching the lizards in the back yard. It was close to everything ! Would recommend!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

What a great week at this beautiful home! Anne was the perfect host and was here cleaning the pool every day. The home is spacious, updated and clean. Just a perfect launching spot for all of our family adventures around town and at the beaches. Look no further for the perfect place in NSB!
