We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

Prekrasan apartman 100m od mora. Apartman se sastoji od ulaza koji vodi u hodnik, kupatila sa tuš kabinom i prozorom, dnevni boravak sa kaučem na razvlačenje za jednu osobu, opremljena kuhinja sa blagavaonom i velika spavaća soba sa bračnim krebetom, ormarom i pisačim stolom. Iz sobe se izlazi na balkon sa vrtnim namještajem i pogledom na vrt. Najbliza trgovina se nalazi na svega 10m udaljenosti a grad na 5min lagane šetnje uz more. Apartman ima klimu, TV i wifi (uključeno u cijenu).

Apartman A1 jedan je od pet novih moderno uređenih apartmana u Apartments Residence Radovan. Ovaj je apartman vrlo komforan za 2 osobe. Nalazi se u prizemlju i ima 1 dvokrevetnu spavaću sobu, dnevni boravak sa kaučem na razvlačenje, kuhinju, kupatilo i balkon. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan wi-fi, tv ravnog ekrana te parkirno mjesto u privatnom dvorištu. U kuhinji apartmana nalazi se aparat za kavu, toster, mikrovalna, kuhalo za vodu i perilica suđa.

Apartment is on the ground floor and it have private entrance and private bathroom. There is also 1000 m2 big shared garden with swimming pool, barbecue and a lot of different places for seat and enjoy surrounded with plants and green. All apartments are for adults and for two persons only. Sauna is out of function. SWIMMING POOL IS SHARED. We have 4 apartments in total.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
