It is half of a duplex home located 1 block from the beach with many nearby restaurants and shops. It is just 1.5 miles from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, 2.5 miles from Port Canaveral and less than 20 miles from Kennedy Space Visitors complex.

The condo has a large bedroom with a very comfortable King size bed, a sleeper sofa and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
