Waterfront vacation rentals in Port d'Alcúdia

Wir wurden von der Besitzerin Maria mit spanischen Leckereien empfangen und sehr nett in das Appartment im siebten Stockwerk (es gibt einen Aufzug) eingewiesen. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Der Blick über die Bucht ist phantastisch. Auf der großen Terrasse hat man auch ohne Schirm oder Markise zu jeder Tageszeit schattige Bereiche. Bei schlechterem Wetter (kurzer heftiger Schauer) ist der Aufenthalt im Inneren auch sehr angenehm, weil geräumig. Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, selbst Strandtücher, Strandsonnenschirme, Strandstühle und Strandspielzeug sind vorhanden. Abends wird in einem Restaurant nebenan von 21/22 - 24 Uhr Livemusik gemacht. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern kann man aber gut schlafen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Appartment sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, ab vom Trubel mit einer überraschenden Lage nach hinten raus. direkter traumhafter Zugang zum Strand. Der morgendliche Milchcafe mit Meerblick war wunderschön. fußläufig sind die Restaurants zu erreichen, perfekt für den Spaziergang nach einem Essen. Es liegt ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug und nicht ab vom Schuss. Das Personal sehr freundlich. das gesamte Haus bietet relativ wenig Zimmer, was es noch persönlicher und nicht überlaufen macht. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner, überraschender Aufenthalt.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Port de Pollensa and is so easily accessible to shops, restaurants, taxi and bus service. Jaime was a wonderful host. Replied to messages promptly and was available to sort out questions immediately. Very friendly and approachable. Apartment is comfortable. Woukd have liked more towels as there is a washer but no dryer. However we didnt ask and I imagine if we had they would have been made available. Highly recommend

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Handy washing machine for clothes Was a good location for cycling heating worked well to keep us warm in the cold weather we had whist in Majorca - we didnt use air con so cant say how well that would have worked handy electronic gate and front door access, and lock box to get in Shower good in bathroom - but it did run cold fairly quickly meaning you had to stagger having showers. we will look to stay here again

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Ich durfte 4 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbringen. Was soll ich sagen?! Ich würde wiederkommen. Ich kann dieses wunderschöne Fleckchen Erde absolut empfehlen. Das Haus ist groß, geräumig und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage des Hauses ist für mich und meine Bedürfnisse perfekt. Der Ort ist soooo wunderschön, ruhig, irgendwie gediegen und besonders. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren ein Traum und mit dem Auto kommt man überall gut hin. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken und zu Fuß zu einer Vielzahl an Restaurants laufen. Es gibt 3 kleine Supermärkte im Ort. Ebenfalls fußläufig. Und eine Apotheke. Ich habe von hier gearbeitet und das Internet lässt jegliche Remote-Tätigkeit mit stundenlangen Meetings problemlos zu. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und die Herzlichkeit von Maria und Jaime, die dieses Haus verwalten, ist der Wahnsinn. Es war alles absolut unkompliziert und richtig toll. Ich bin wahnsinnig dankbar für diese 4 wunderbaren Wochen.

Das Appartement ist so, wie es beschrieben wird. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage ist toll, nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und der Meerblick wunderschön.

Wir hatten einen wunderbar ruhigen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt im kleinen Ort Betlem und war für uns ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Ganz besonders hat uns der Küstenwanderweg zu zwei türkisblauen Buchten gefallen. Er startet nahezu hinter dem Haus. Leider liegt der Ort Betlem schattig hinter einem Gebirge und jetzt im Herbst kam die Sonne morgens erst später zum Vorschein. Im Ort gibt es einen Mini Supermarkt mit morgens frischen Brötchen. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass es uns in unserem Kurzurlaub an nichts gefehlt hat.

We had an amazing stay here! Marta was so hospitable and met us to walk us through the property. The place was so spacious, we loved the patio and kitchen and having laundry. Walking distance to grocery store, bars, restaurants, and the water. Marta graciously gave us great recommendations for calas in the area. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy, comfortable stay with everything you need, this is it!

Such a beautiful house sorrounded by nature. Super nicely decorated and it has all amenities you could wish for. In a quiet village away from the crowds of tourists. Highly recommend!

Prachtig huis, alles was smetteloos schoon. Mooi groot zwembad, heerlijk bubbelbad en winkels, restaurants en zee om de hoek. Sauna bleek kapot, maar werd binnen 1 dag opgelost door Antoni. Super goede service dus. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt, lekker gegeten en leuke stadjes bezocht. Kortom, hele fijne week gehad.

We had a lovely time here. It’s the perfect base for exploring the north of the island. The terrace and privacy of the bay are unforgettable. There’s everything you need in the house. For children there’s a playground nearby. There’s a lot of stairs at different angles which wasn’t a problem for us but could be to those less able bodied or clumsy so just something to be mindful of. The host was fantastic, thanks so much!

A very spacious, well set up house in an excellent location. Handy to the airport shuttle and local buses. A quiet few minutes walk to a lovely beach. A street back from the busy road and good parking. We spent every evening enjoying the outside dining space which was perfect for our group of 3 couples.

Schöne, großzügige Wohnung mit genug Platz für uns 4. Am besten hat mir gefallen, dass wir den ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terasse hatten. Einen Hinweis noch, da meine Mutter nicht gut Treppen steigen kann: Die Wohnung ist liegt im 2. OG, die Info hatte ich übersehen gehabt.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A really tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway, close to the beach and a wonderful stroll along the beach to Puerto Pollença. We had a fantastic time and loved the small touches like the plants, welcome food and drink, personal messages and privacy. Being able to buy organic goods from the cupboards in the kitchen and sustainable ethos were spot on. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et paisible. L'emplacement est plutôt bien pour visiter l'île. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine même fraîche (normal pour une fin avril). Merci à Christobald pour son accueil.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luis. Le logement est propre, conforme à la description et très pratique. Il y a une belle vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon. De plus, la location de l’appartement était parfaite, la plage et les commerces sont à proximité. La résidence est également très calme, avec une belle piscine :) Nous recommandons de passer un séjour chez Luis, si vous êtes de passage à Alcúdia !

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!
