Suite is ideal for 1-4 guests and a queen airbed is available for 2 additional guests. $10 per guest per night beyond 4.

Peaceful Park Forest Cottage - Whole House!

The Peaceful Park Forest Cottage is a small stylish home (2 bed, 1 bath) located in the family friendly Park Forest neighborhood. The cottage is perfect for couples or small families. The house is close to restaurants and stores on N. Atherton, 10 minutes from PSU and downtown State College. Our house is NOT a party house and is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children.

Lower level, basement walkout: Available for football, graduation, parent’s weekend, move in/out and other short-term upon request, winter/spring/summer. We are located approx. 9 miles from Beaver Stadium in a peaceful country setting away from the crush of the crowds, traffic, and noise. Plenty of light from double french doors and two windows during the day, & blinds for all to darken for comfortable sleeping.
