Vacation rentals with a kayak in Port Phillip

we enjoyed our time in Paul's house. The kids had an amazing time with all the toys provided in the house, and we truly appreciated the comfort and warmth of Paul's home. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and if we ever return to Rosebud, we’ll be sure to book again.

Thanks Fi for a fabulous stay! Your place had something special for everyone and was truly a well equipped ‘home away from home’. Our only regret is that we didn’t book longer! Wind down in Wensleydale was exactly that. From the moment we arrived everything we needed was there making the moment after unpacking found ourselves unwinding. The kids and dog explored the vast backyard and enjoyed the zip line, trampoline and later the piano. Our days were spent around the well thought out fire pit, huddled with our books around the indoor fire place or cooking away on the charcoal bbq. Numerous game nights were had with all their games supplied and spotting the kangaroos right in the backyard was a thrill for all of us. We did not want to leave.

House of payne! far from it! The house was wonderful. Easy walk to beach, golf club, restaurants. A bonus was the hot tub , ready to go. Best relaxation after a full day fishing in the boat. we had a day of high temperature, the house did warm up in the upstairs bedrooms. Great place form family to stay. Thanks again.

Queenie was a great communicator from the get-go! The home is beautiful and such a unique and homely interior and exterior design. We enjoyed being amongst the nature, lots of different birds around. It’s a quiet spot with plenty of privacy - the front and back yard is safely secured to allow your little furry friends to roam around.

Fantastic location, safe neighbourhood, pictures don't do it justice. Great host and accommodating with the pets . Strongly recommend!

Anna’s place was a haven away from the busy city life. The house was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully presented with lovely touches and everything you’d need for a family beach holiday. Close to 16 Beach and there were also plenty of family friendly activities at the house - so need to leave! Loved that doggo could join us too.

Donna's place is amazing, and a great spot for families looking to stay on the Peninsula. We would definitely be coming back here in the future.
