The Cozy Cottage

Our cozy-yet-urban cottage is ideal for traveling professionals, small families, or someone who wants a night to just relax! You will be located 2 minutes from I-94 and within walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs, bookstores, ice cream, and a beautiful park (15 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride). The home is located off a well-traveled two lane road that connects Kalamazoo and Portage. Large unfenced lot with fire pit. Please note we have 1 WINDOW air conditioner in the unit.

Quiet 3-Bedroom Getaway a stones throw to the lake

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house. Just a short walk to the West Lake access for your kayaking and paddle boarding fun. Long Lake has beach access for swimming which is nearby. The large backyard, which is fully enclosed, is perfect for BBQing and outdoor fun. This Lake House has a King bed, Queen bed, Bunk Beds (for children), Twin Trundle and a Queen Pull Out. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional cleaning fee. Kayaks and Paddle Boards are not included.

Artist's Home In a quiet neighborhood, this is the walkout level of an artist's home and features paintings, art supplies, and interesting artifacts. On the ground floor, there are no steps. It has its own private entrance, fenced yard, patio, and off street parking. The space includes a spacious living room with futon, cable TV/wifi, dining area with table for 6, kitchenette with a number of cooking options, nice bathroom, bedroom with comfortable queen size bed, and laundry facilities.

Updated studio apartment in a 100 year old, Craftsman style home, located in the heart of revitalized downtown Kalamazoo. This special place is close to everything. Enjoy the convenience of home, in the city. Located on the first residential block south of downtown, it's an easy walk to Bronson Park, the State Theatre, Chenery, Kalamazoo Mall and the Radisson hotel. Walk to local breweries (Bells, Brite Eyes, Brewery Outré). Short drive or walk to WMU or K-College campuses.

As well as walking distance to K College. Close enough to enjoy all the downtown fun but far enough to also unwind after a long day. Your home away from home 😊 can’t wait to host you!

A Cozy Waterfront Loft

Take a break from the normal hustle and bustle of life to enjoy your stay at our small but spacious studio, with a loft. You will enjoy watching the sunset on the deck that overlooks the canal. The kitchenette is now stocked with a pizza sized toaster oven, water kettle, French press, and more! Just 15 minutes from downtown Kalamazoo. Breweries, fine dining and more! Great location for a business trip with Pfizer, Stryker, and Bronson.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!

The extremely clean and spacious private lower level of my house is waiting for you to enjoy. The space will absolutely exceed expectations. Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood between Kalamazoo and Portage. Very close to Western Michigan University and K-College. Only 3mins from I-94, only 10mins to downtown Kzoo and 6mins to Portage. Perfect location for just about everything!
