Welcome to Titchfield Views, Catisfield. A private annex overlooking Titchfield Village, Hampshire. Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Fareham College and local Navy Establishments. Separated from the main house, Titchfield Views has a private entrance and consists of a double bedroom, a wet-room bathroom (shower, no bath), a spacious lounge diner, a kitchen, and a private decking area. There is a work space area with double plug and USB charging points, WiFi fully available throughout annex.

Cabin – Private Heated Pool & Hydropool Hot Tub

Hillside Oasis is a secluded retreat with an 8m heated (30°C) pool (Apr–Oct), year-round Hydropool hot tub and landscaped gardens. Inside, enjoy a cosy bedroom, lounge, kitchen and modern bathroom. Shops, cafés and pubs are a short stroll away. ⚠️ Please note: temporary construction at the back of the garden on neighbouring property may cause daytime noise (digger, cement mixer). Enhanced pool cleaning is in place to ensure it stays clean. Rates reduced to reflect.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Annexe + garden, kingbed, tennis

The Annexe at The Crossways is a detached self-contained annexe, next to but completely separate from the main house, comprising most of the downstairs and all the upstairs above the garage space. The Annexe has its own private garden area for your sole use, with outdoor furniture, a barbeque (with charcoal provided) a little chimenea and rugs to keep cosy in the evenings. You are welcome to use the tennis court – basic racquets and balls are provided.

The Garage-a cosy, warm space to stay.

The Garage is self contained with a double sofa bed downstairs and a single bed and 4’ bed upstairs. Access is via a porch which also leads to our home.There’s a small shower room with a great shower. In the kitchen area, a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. TV, DVD and wifi. We welcome well behaved dogs. The stairs are Space saving so unsuitable for dogs, very young children or elderly people.
