Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Portsmouth Harbour

Honestly one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed. It is spotlessly clean. The gardens we over looked were beautiful and we loved watching the birds feed. Roy has thought of everything you need to have a perfect stay and we will definitely be returning.

Our second stay at this lovely apartment. Katarina is always very helpful and accommodating. Her place is very clean and comfortable and in a great area being close to the Common, sea front and Gunwharf . There are some fabulous restaurants and cafes nearby, within walking distance. Our son lives in the next road so it's super handy for us so no doubt we will be back again. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation and exactly what we needed to be in the centre of Shanklin. Terry the owner was an excellent host and always contactable via email. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Isle of Wight.

Our Stay was lovely! Flat was just as described, well equipped with everything we needed and more. The flat was very clean, organised and the hosts were kind enough to meet us at check in! Location was perfect and we took up the host’s recommendations for dinner 10/10! Highly recommend!

Chris is a fabulous host, he replied quickly to my many questions and was very helpful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, with super comfortable beds and the view is just amazing - we loved it so much that we rebooked for next year before we left - we can't wait to re-visit!

Thanks for a great stay. Super location in the centre of Brockenhurst. Very responsive host who gave clear instructions on how to enter and where to store bikes. Lovely flat which was perfect for a few days in this area of the New Forest.

Easily found just off the Main Street this cosy but spacious apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts communication was great. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

There was everything that we need. Clean and a peacefull property. Chen is responsive. It will be a great option to stay if you have a car.

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

From the booking to leaving, the process was so easy. The house was amazing, perfect for our family stay away for a wedding and it felt like home from home. The welcome pack was very well received and a very welcome visit from Mark to check everything was OK for us. It's these personal touches which makes Mark an outstanding host. If ever we need to stay somewhere in the area again, we would have no hesitation in booking this accommodation again

This was our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was exactly as described and expected. Thank you for enabling another wonderful weekend in our favourite place! ☺️

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

We had a wonderful stay at Sana's place in Totland Bay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, ideal for relaxing strolls and enjoying the sea views. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great base for exploring the Isle of Wight with a homely feeling. It’s beautifully decorated, with a personal touch evident in every detail. The bathroom was a bit compact, but that’s a small trade-off given how excellent the other amenities were. The coffee machine and massage chair were great touches. We loved the coffee so much we asked about the brand—turns out, Sana’s family owns the business, which made it even more special! Sana was a responsive and thoughtful host throughout. She kindly accommodated our last-minute request to change from 3 adults to 4 due to a family situation, and did so without any additional charge. We truly appreciated her understanding and flexibility. We’d be happy to return in the future!

Lovely stay at Jim's! Had a slight issue with heating but Jim was quick to respond and sort it out. Clean house with good wifi. Would stay again if we visit the area!

Lovely home suitable for families or groups. Very close proximity to the beach and 5-10 mins from East Wittering. We especially enjoyed the garden space and the open plan kitchen/living area. Esther was a fabulous host who made everything easy and straightforward. We had a lovely break over the May Bank Holiday.

The Perch is a delightful apartment, fully equipped with all you need for a restful stay, very clean and furnished to a high spec. It is very central with lots of independent restaurants and tearooms catering for all tastes. Louise and her husband Richard were wonderful hosts. We had an unexpected issue with the shower and they moved heaven and earth to fix the problem. This was our first visit to Lyndhurst and The Perch but it will certainly not be our last.

Fantastic apartment - we thoroughly enjoyed our break here and definitely one of the best Air B&B’s we have stayed at. 10 out of 10!!

Bright & clean apartment, brilliantly situated if your going on a cruise like we did. I'm also impressed Christina didn't leave a to do list before you leave, this was a nice touch, as I will always try to leave a place how I found it. Also there is a convenience store on the corner of the building, this proved super handy. I would definitely book again, especially if I'm going on a cruise 👍

Lovely flat in a great location to Lymington town centre. Everywhere is driving distance and the use of the parking clock was very helpful as it was accepted in every town we visited (certain car parks only).

We absolutely loved our Easter stay at the old alarm. Jules was a fabulous host, providing lots of helpful info prior to arriving. The flat is situated right in the heart of Lymington Quay.. it’s beautifully presented with all the amenities you will need. Jules provided a lovely welcome basket and even Easter eggs for the children, which was very thoughtful. The parking permit came in really handy when exploring the New Forest. We love this part of the country and will definitely stay again when back in the area.Thank you for a wonderful stay! Recommend The Kings Head a couple of doors Down - the atmosphere and food was great.

The entrance is in the road called deanery close where there is a car park at the end of the road. The apartment however is beautiful inside, clean, airy, and quite. I really enjoyed my stay there. I did have a problem to start with but Andrew sorted it out immediately, and was very apologetic. I highly recommend this place and will be saving it in my favourites for a future place to stay.
