Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and immediate access to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making Autumn and winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court.

It is just a short drive to the centre of Chichester, close to Goodwood, gorgeous sandy beaches and the South Downs. "Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.
