Villa Arcadia

Villa Arcadia has 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom can accommodate 2 people & two children (the two children on a sofa bed). It is ideal for the accommodation of 6 adults and 2 children (2-12 years old). It has 1 large bathroom with hydromassage. For larger families or groups of up to 12 people (only 8 adults + 4 children) the Villa Arcadia suite is also available which can accommodate 4 people (2 adults & 2 children) in a 70 sq m space with bedroom, living room, dining room and 1 large bathroom. For reservations of 12 people (only 8 adults & 4 children) inquiry and pre-approval are required.

A quiet place to relax. Very good use of air conditioners with cooling and heating. The stream has water for 8 months of the year, giving another oasis of tranquility! The accommodation is subject to a state tax (durability fee) which is 15 euros per night from April to October, because it is over 80 sqm. During the winter months, it is 4 euros. Just 50 meters from the central square of the village of Stemnitsa, through a dreamy stone alley, is the fully renovated Rodanthi guesthouse. Built of stone and wood in 1867 with the traditional structure of the mountainous Greek villages, it offers a unique view of the mountain and the stream as it is located at the end of the path. The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.

It was a stone house, and we renovated it in the most modern way but maintaining the original look.
