There is no shower in the Observatory, just a kettle and a lavor with clean water to rinse, or you can use the pond by the sauna:-) Therefore, consider the length of your stay. You will walk 200 m to the Observatory in the forest, so the suitcase on wheels is not a suitable idea for luggage:-)

The cottage is situated as a smaller, quiet and detached house near the beautiful and historically preserved village of Lčovice in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains. The local conditions are ideal for cycling, walking, mushroom picking, skiing and lounging. The cottage is practically furnished for the winter season, has its own fenced garden with parking and plenty of space for relaxation. The covered terrace is equipped with armchairs and a table, garden loungers, a parasol, a grill and is located on a sunny southern slope overlooking the Šumava surroundings.

Historic stone house

The stone house is over 150 years old and is furnished with historical furniture. It is located in a picturesque village with no car traffic, in the Blanský les Protected Landscape Area. The surrounding pristine nature invites peaceful walks. In our orchard, two horses graze, and in the herb garden, you can pick mint and lemon balm to brew tea. For breakfast, you can taste our homemade cheese, seasonal vegetables, and homemade bread from our neighbor. The apartment was renovated in July 2024.
