House vacation rentals in Prachuap Khiri Khan

Perfect stay! The spacious villa just steps from our private beach exceeded expectations. With a clean pool and peaceful location away from tourist crowds, it was amazing. While the furnishings aren't the newest, the villa provided outstanding comfort. The layout was perfect for our family - our children could stay independently upstairs while we had our private space on the ground floor - what more could you ask for? :-) The highlight was Miss BB, wonderful staff member. She took care of everything - cleaning, cooking, laundry, advice, and even gave us gifts - we'll miss her dearly! This was the perfect escape from busy Thailand. We experienced authentic fishing village life, rode tuk-tuks, enjoyed local food, markets and festivals, explored nearby national parks, and loved the local hospitality. Special thanks to Nicki for arranging perfect accommodation, airport transfers, and car rental. A fantastic experience for our whole family.

We have enjoyed 3 weeks in Yvonne's house Naam Thai 3. Together with children and grandchildren, we really enjoyed the house with a wonderful pool that was used extensively. (The pool attendant has been an asset and should be commended) Yvonne has been perfect as a landlord and reachable when needed, but on site Phia service takes care of everything with praise. The house has everything you need and is in a private environment, dogs are of course also in Huay Yang but just close the gate and they are kept outside. The first grandchildren said when they saw the house and the pool: it was worth the 14 hour trip. Huay yang is a cozy fishing village with everything you need, from food to massages and beaches, always smiling people. We hope to come back . Peter

A fantastic little house with all the comforts needed. The house is located in a well-kept area with about 20-30 houses of the same size and style. A comfortable bed, seating area on the deck and AC/fan in all rooms. The pool was crawling distance and by it there were sun loungers, showers and umbrellas. A childhood part in the pool and plus for the jacuzzi. Right outside the area there was a bigger swimming pool for exercise swimming. The house is next door to the Swedish school and it is walking distance to the nearest restaurant and shop although it is always best to rent a mop. Many nice beach spots nearby. I can highly recommend Huay Yang, Coconut and Nantaporn&Emil as a host for a peaceful and pleasant holiday in genuine Thailand. We would love to come back!

Great nice house where we directly felt at home. We extended our stay and didn't want to move. Great pool in the area and close to the beach where there are many nice beach restaurants where you can sunbathe eat and swim. and helpful and generous host. We highly recommend this home!

Lovely quiet spot on a simple stretch of beach. The area is quite safe and the expats in the area seem to be largely Swedish retirees. There is a quaint national park adjacent to the community.

The villa is very nicely located and is guaranteed to be fun. We really enjoyed being there as a family. The reception and Nadia are very friendly and quick to respond. All in all, we were very please. There are 2 things we need to mention: 1) We couldn't use the kitchen because it didn't have electricity. We shared this with Nadia, but somehow there was a misunderstanding. When we checked out, we learned from the receptionist that the kitchen was forgotten to unlock for us. That was a shame, because we could not prepare our breakfast meal and had to change. 2) the plate floor throughout the house was not very clean. The feet were dirty very quickly. You've also seen this well in the backlight. But we absolutely recommend the place. It is a very nice house and the surroundings/beach is beautiful. We had a great time.

Very nice house and not to far from the beach. Chanya was very nice and gave me a scooter to be able to have a ride to the beach

Incredibly nice house with according to us the best location in huay yang. Well-maintained and safe area with nice pools. Close to several great restaurants! Other than that, everything was great! We even extended our stay because we enjoyed ourselves so much! Will definitely come back!

the house is in a little fishing village, there is a great restaurant about 5-10min stroll from the house. there is a little shop but not much in there. you will need to hire a car to get shopping. but we just got basic water, drinks and snacks and eat out. prior to arrival Cindy arrange airport transfers too and from Bangkok. then as soon as we realised we needed a car Cindy arranged this for us and it was with us in a few hours. the house is set in the national park and is right on the beach. not suitable for swimming due to the water not getting very deep. the town 10 mins drive away has 7 eleven and supermarket. the main park beach has kayaks to hire. and loads of restaurants you are within 1 hour drive of the lotus ponds, 20 mins drive of the main cave and temple. there is also a great canal boat trip 10 mins drive. during our time we saw so much wildlife it was amazing. the highlight of the House is the balcony. Very easy check in and friendly messages. The location is wonderful, located in a large garden of loud coconut trees. The house is very nicely decorated, the wooden floor and the stilts on which the house stands give a special flair. Air conditioning is excellent. We felt very comfortable!

Beautiful large house with everything you need for a longer stay. Even a washing machine is available. The house is only 7 minutes away from the beach, but you need a means of transportation, which in our case was a moped. The landlord is very nice, gladly helped us. He lives very close by. Highly recommended.
