Rawai beach is also a nice relaxing place to stay away from the circus of Patpong and the other beaches. Be aware, however, the apartment is on the 4th floor across from the beach with lovely water views but Rawai beach is not a swimming beach as all the boats are moored here and the Phuket bus only runs once an hour and never on time which is annoying if you don't ride motor bikes. Taxis on Phuket are also insanely expensive. But once we adapted to all these things we had a fantastic time here.. thanks Jasmine :)”

Guest often say that this Villa is even better than the posted photos.
What guests are saying:“The villa is very nice and it has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. It has a lovely backyard, and nice sundeck and pool to help you cool off on the hot day. The place was cleaned twice a week, and everything was spotless, fresh and very clean. The gardening was done twice a week and they cleaned the pool as well. The villa is close to the beach (5 minutes drive), and 10 minutes walking to the main street with various shops and restaurants. This villa is located in the gated area with security guards, and well taken care off. It was nice to take walks in the evening. The host was very helpful and responsive. Breck was always available to help us with anything or answer any questions if needed. It was an amazing stay, and highly recomended. We would be happy to come back and stay at the villa again in the future.”
The apartment project is on beach front At Rawai Beach. Just only walk out from the condo project,you will see all seafood and other restaurant,Thai massage,Bar on the road side opposite the beach and beautiful blue ocean. The is on the second floor on building A (First building from the beach)
What guests are saying:“Nack was so friendly and helpful. Our flight landed quite late and he still met us at the gate of Title. He’d even got us snacks in case we were hungry when we arrived. The room was stylish and had a few nice art pieces around which made it feel homely. The only thing I would say is that the pool was very busy with a lot of young families, so it’s not the best place to “get away as a couple” but with so much to do around Phuket this isn’t really an issue as we didn’t spend much time there. The internet here was also very fast, and Nack is a lovely host so we would definitely stay again if we come back! 5 star!”
