The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. NOTE: Bring your own bed linen/towels, or rent them when you book.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). If you need quiet days in a soulful place, then Bondehuset in Bandholm is the place.

Amazing 180 ˚ sea view, an hour's drive from Copenhagen. In the first row to Bøged Strand, this cozy summerhouse is located. Here you come back to the great-grandmother's summerhouse from 1971. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Beech Stream. In the summerhouse there is a fiber connection so you can surf/stream from the net. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There is a trampoline and a campfire. There is a carport on the driveway. The price includes cleaning but exclusive bed linen and towels.

The little green well house

Small annex just behind our own house, the house has everything you need for a holiday, or an extended weekend. As the house is not large, we recommend the house for 2 people, with the possibility of bedding for an additional 2 people. You can park right in front of the white gate and it's free ;) 10 min walk to beach and forest. 20 min walk to cozy marina. There is a lovely cafe on the way to the harbor, here you can also buy ice cream. In addition, the city has 2 supermarkets, and a Pizza restaurant.

Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer.
