It is a very comfortable, traditional house with an attic located in the picturesque village of Pera Melana in Arcadia, 7 km after Tyros and 11 km before Leonidio, as you drive on the National Road Astros - Leonidio. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of the village and has a large balcony with panoramic views. For breakfast are offered local products such as honey, tea, fresh eggs, etc.

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Traditional, rustic house near Leonidio with beautiful beaches nearby. Situated at the end of a quiet village, this house offers scenic views to the sea below and the adjoining mountain.
