The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very well located, in front of Praia do Forte, with easy access to other beaches and several restaurants, which greatly facilitated our tours and meals. The property is spacious, well furnished and perfectly met our needs throughout the stay. I would also highlight the excellent service of the host and owner, which was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning. It showed great proactivity and partnership by kindly anticipating our check-in and relaxing the check-out time, which made all the difference for our trip. I highly recommend the stay and we will certainly return at a next chance!

The stay was simply wonderful! Everything was impeccably clean and organized, with super-scented bed and bath linens. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, which made all the difference in our experience. The location is also perfect, close to the beach and the restaurants of Prainha, which made our tours a lot easier. Max and Juliana's house is spectacular, all the perfect accommodations, we went as a family for a total of 15 people and there was still plenty of space, bedding and everything of great quality the excellent beds, the living area at the top helps a lot and had everything we needed, really a great experience, about the location is 8 km from the beach of the fort, which I consider a very quiet distance, the access to the house is a little scary on the first day, but after all the name "lookout" is not an act, after climbing the first time we got used to it and it didn't get in the way at all, all the colors that we need anything Magno that makes services for the house super well, we are all satisfied with the experience.

We loved this beautiful house and its surroundings. Such a peaceful location! The house is very big and comfortable, the pool was great, the barbecue area was extremely nice, the rooms are very comfortable. We loved everything! We also really liked the host and how responsive, helpful and proactive she was. She really made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay there. She also recommended us a great cook/cleaner lady that made our stay even more relaxing and wonderful. We highly recommend this house and Mariaclara as your host for your next stay in Buzios.

We really like to spend the weekend at Apto da Alexandra. Your communication from the beginning to the end of the stay was excellent and very attentive. Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. It was our second time at the Brenda AP, as the first time everything was great, she is super attentive, of the excellent tips of the region, we took the boat trip in the camp for her indication and we won up to a discount. I give a lot of this hosting!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back
