Alexis is a great host very responsive and ready to help. The apartment itself is cozy with views . There is a supermarket downstairs and some fast food shops close by. bare in mind it's on the top floor.

This island ( country ) is unique, they believe in their freedom and their African heritage and identity. Un joli petit appartement, 20 minutes à pied pour se rendre à la plage. Il y a des supérettes à côté et on peut trouver facilement des taxis. Cependant, beaucoup de vent le soir qui fait claquer les vitres et peut causer des difficultés pour dormir. Gros coup de cœur pour la vue sur la ville depuis l'immense terrasse. Merci beaucoup Sonia !

Nous y avons passé une seule nuit pour prendre l avion le lendemain matin. Pratique pour cela mais un peu loin du centre et zone avec peu d intérêt. L hote est d une gentillesse remarquable et tres arrangeante plus effectue les trajets. Nous a ammené à la plage et à l aéroport

Definitely recommend this flat,clean,great location just a few blocks from the bus stop which was really handy. Super markets & restaurants around,safe quiet neighborhood, great amenities. 10/10

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

The apartment, on the fourth floor of a secured, upmarket condominium, was very spacious and light, featuring three balconies and large windows with a fantastic view onto the hills of Praia, the parliament building, the direct neighborhood, as well as the sea. The property was located approximately 100 meters off the coast, as the crow flies, a little out of town, but yet within 20 minutes' walking distance of the main shopping street of Palmarejo. We had an own lot in the basement garage for our car. The apartment was very tidy and clean upon our arrival; the kitchen well equipped; the beds comfortable. We communicated with our host exclusively in writing, at some point being asked to top up the electricity meter inside the flat. The pool on the roof-top could do with a slightly higher wind deflector. On the day of our departure, the cleaning lady was already waiting in front of the door. Overall, we did enjoy our stay very much and recommend this place without reservation!
