Very nice apartment, ideal for family, good location near the lake, the beach and downtown; it also has a pool and a small park for children to play. Elton is very friendly and always attentive, VERY good host. I recommend it 100%.

A beautiful apartment, we didn't need to bring anything, it has everything, a giant TV, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, we loved the building, the pool is very nice, it has a playroom for adults and children and a very well-equipped gym. The attention from Andreia and Edison was excellent, we will surely be back next summer.

An excellent location, literally (even) less than 10 steps from the beach, a very good place to rest and recharge, seeing and feeling the smell of the sea straight in the window from inside the apt. Super comfortable, nice and mostly beautiful space. We felt at home, super welcoming, in addition to that the common environment of the building is of very refined taste. We were surprised to find in the lobby an art installation of ceramist Cris Bellini, an addition that made our stay brightened. And most importantly of all - there was coffee!!! 😅

The location is great, close to the main beaches such as Cal, Guarita and Prainha. Also, there are stunning hills and landscapes just steps away, perfect for exploring and enjoying nature. Claudiomiro is very helpful, the apartment is extremely clean, wonderful! It has all the necessary utensils. The issue of air-conditioning for those who feel very hot is a little unfavorable, it is in the living room and not in the bedroom, so you need to leave the doors open and it is not cold, just pleasant, but overall great value for money, quiet condominium 1.5 km from the beach, we had a problem that the pool broke, but everything was resolved.
