The house is located just 200m from Julião beach, 500m from Grande beach and 800m from Feiticeira beach. It has easy access to bakeries, restaurants and markets. Ilhabela is full of waterfalls and next to the beach house is the waterfall of Três Tombos, Bladder and Veloso. The house is equipped with cable TV, Wifi, air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, brastemp cooktop (1 mouth), stainless steel tramontine cookware set, blender, electric coffee maker, toaster and 110V/220V sockets.
