The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and organized, the atmosphere is very family-like, with a wonderful leisure area, including the restaurant whose menu is very good. The service provided by Francy was excellent.

The view was excellent, one of the most beautiful we have ever seen, besides the very well-maintained house, equipped kitchen, we lacked nothing. Great cost and beneficial, very receptive homemade, gave us tips from supermarkets and restaurants. The organization of the rooms were impeccable, very well-equipped as well, with towels and soaps available. Everyone loved it!

The house is beautiful and super calm environment. Delicious bed and shower of the perfect suite! The access is not so easy for the beach, but the view is impeccable, worthy of a picture! It was perfect for a fds with peace, harmony and "abundance"! Diego answers everything as quickly as possible and passes on many tips. The homemade Damião is a wonderful person and has a delicious barbecue! We already miss the days we have passed! We'll be back as soon as possible! ❤️

The stay was wonderful! Gabriel is a super kind and helpful host. When we arrived, we came across the clean, organized and cozy place. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful and clean rooms, as well as the bathrooms. Caseiro Leandro very solicitous. Beautiful place, one block from the beach. As we rented the carnival only what bothered us was the sound walls that ended at 9:30 pm, as the house is in the square where the party takes place. But nothing that would harm our wonderful stay and certainly on other dates is even better. On the whole we love and our family also the children had a lot of fun in the wonderful swimming pool and space of the house. We will definitely come back more often! Someone Without Fear!!! We were 3 couples, each with a child, the convenience was simply perfect, everything in the apartment in perfect condition, all spaces such as barbecue, Jacuzzi, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms perfectly met our needs, the sea view simply perfect, great place to bathe and have fun with the children, the leisure area of the condominium is very good, the pools are heated and the place is a delight. Another thing that caught my attention was the security of the condominium, they are always attentive to who arrives and who leaves, everything is very safe, all employees are very helpful and polite, I could not fail to congratulate our host Dante who left nothing to be desired, always very attentive and made us very comfortable, we felt at home during these days. Just to finish, the condominium is on the seafront with access to the beach, the place is perfect for swimming in the sea and walking at the end of the day, so for the next guests enjoy your stay!🙏🏻🌊?

Apt. with great location, sea view, super close to the pool and the food trucks. We had a problem with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms, and the next day they installed another brand new one. Tais always responded to me promptly and with a lot of education!

The condominium is very organized and the concierge is always accessible. The place is nice, clean and well maintained, the only point that could be improved are the items on the market. The apartment is small but cozy. Maintained furniture, soft mattresses, taps with great water pressure. It has all the items offered. The porch door needs maintenance because it needed a lot of strength to open it. Another point that took us by surprise was the distance from the condominium to the tourist spots. But overall, it was well worth this lodging.

I already knew the condominium, but Apartamento do Frode is excellent, large, comfortable, all clean, accommodated well my loved family,view of the pool and beach, given us all the necessary instructions... sure I will come back more times, sorry that we do not spend more days!

Extremely satisfied with my stay at Gabriel's place. The house is big and perfectly accommodated my family. The pool is larger than appears in the photos. The view of the river is even more beautiful in person and we did an amazing tour with one of the boats that are located nearby, I recommend to those who stay do it as it is also worth it. Gabriel was attentive throughout the stay, always answering any doubts or recommendations. When we arrived there was an issue with the refrigerator that was already being resolved. The house needs some punctual repairs, but nothing that really gets in the way, I take into account that it is a house that takes a lot of air and I understand certain wear. I highly recommend the space and I want to return for sure.

Our weekend was wonderful. From the day of the reservation until our return home, Mrs. Taís was always present, giving us the instructions, and always ready to answer us. The house is perfect, with everything we needed for a comfortable and unforgettable stay. Well facing the sea, the location could not be better: waking up to the sound of the waves and having a paradisiacal view just steps away was a real privilege. The spaces of the house are well planned, clean, many sleeping places, many bathrooms, the very large and cozy house and the kitchen had all the utensils we need. It was an unforgettable weekend and we will definitely be back more often.
