It is located 100 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the main street (Broadway), in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by inns with security, close to the new Canoa beach huts. The bedrooms have fans and bed linens. The kitchen is equipped with the basics: dishes, cutlery, cups, pots, couscous and blender, as well as some spices. There are 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower in the yard

In the house, there is a wonderful garden, a backyard with a covered area, shower and barbecue. There is also a slab covered with a carnauba thatched roof, from where it is possible to see the sea, the moonrise and the sunrise while lying in a good hammock.
