Super recommend, I went with my family. The apartment I chose, one of the rooms, the air-conditioning was not freezing well. I called and on shelves he came and solved the problem, changed us from an apartment. We stayed in one side, and then yes, the three air conditioners working perfectly. Super attentive and polite. I'll come back more often.

Vanessa was very kind, helpful and attentive. The family atmosphere is clean and pleasant. Excellent cost-benefit. We were in a car and we left the car next to the building, very quietly. Grocery store, shopping mall, pharmacy and delicatessen nearby.

Very convenient accommodation for a arrival at the airport because it can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and even at night (we arrived around 3am) because there is a caretaker. Accommodation quite functional but very simple and sufficient to spend a night..the pool is a more pleasant one. A little customization and extra equipment would be appreciated to make it warmer but it was very good for the use we had because we only spent 2 nights there

Compact space, but very efficient for its purpose. All listing images matched the reality of the place. Clean, well-maintained environment, with all the useful items for a good stay, whether sleeping or cooking. No trouble with apartment neighbors. The neighborhood is busy, safe, even at night on a Sunday, which allows you to arrive at later hours for those who like to enjoy the night, in addition to being very central, making it easy to get around to any part of the city. No problem or difficulty accessing by app cars. All questions were answered by the host in a timely manner. Excellent cost-benefit. I would stay again.

I booked the house to spend a few days with the family and it was wonderful. The house is larger than in the photos, the location is great, well equipped and with plenty of assistance whenever necessary. We're already thinking about the next one. Great place, great experience. Worth a lot.

Ótima Casa, spacious, air-conditioned and air-conditioned rooms. Private swimming pool with daily cleaning. Only leaves to be desired in some furniture and appliances that are in need of repairs, maintenance or being replaced. But apart from that, a great stay and excellent cost-benefit.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

I had a great stay! The location is very good, everything close by (market, pharmacy, restaurants, gym, etc). Apartment just like the photos, linen bed and fresh towels, kitchen with all the basic utensils. Iradir was very helpful, picked me up at the airport and showed me main points of the city, in addition to introducing the neighborhood and showing where to buy what I needed (since I'm vegan and it's harder to find options). All rooms have TVs, double bed and fans. The apartment is at the intersection of two avenues, so there's traffic noise. I used earplugs to sleep and it went smoothly. I recommend staying ☺️

Nadja and extremely attentive.response quickly and even brought me extra bed linen... very quiet place and the parentage of the terrace is a forest with coconut trees...that we saw macaquinhos..... carcaraand other birds... Comfortable ap...with 2 bedrooms that made all the difference. Thanks Nadja for receptivity....we will return one day....bj
