The place has a very large plot with lawn and behind a barbecue space, very nice for those who like it! The owner of the house always very helpful and friendly! We spent a wonderful month at Ana and Flávio's place. From the first contact, they were super considerate, helped with everything we need, and indicated where to order food, market, and sightseeing. The house is a grace, we feel super comfortable and we are very comfortable, it has everything necessary, and everything is very clean and new. It is in a quieter neighborhood, close to several markets, has bakery and butchers. At the end of the street that makes a platter, there is a very quiet and beautiful trail to Mozambique beach. We hope to return one day!

My wife and I loved the stay ! It was a privilege to be at this accommodation , it sure made our vacation better . The place is of a peace that inspires - it is within the city and close to a great trade but filled by nature cultivated and preserved by the hostess . The chalet in question is wonderful - super equipped with a good kitchen, good bed and even has an ideal ergonomic desk and ergonomic chair for home office work, has good internet and is in a neighborhood a few blocks of a very pleasant beach. Anderson was an excellent hoster, easy communication, always proactive, good energy and willing to help from the beginning. The place is great, super nice, very safe, quiet neighbor. The house has all the appliances so that you can feel at home. I am a suspect to speak of, I will be undoubtedly more often when I return to Itajaí. Note 10, note 100 for both the venue and the treatment received by Anderson and his parents. Without a doubt, I RECOMMEND IT, I felt at home during the 40 days.
