The place is as announced. Great option for a couple. The super polite, communicative and helpful host. The apartment is small, but for a couple it is perfect, close to the Vitória mall and beaches, to go on foot. It's definitely a location and host I would recommend.

We stayed in Rodrigo's apartment, in Praia da Costa, from Thursday to Sunday, and it was just wonderful! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, well organized, comfortable and in an excellent location — close to the beach and with everything nearby. Rodrigo was a thoughtful and thoughtful host: he left bonbons, towels and bedding, which made all the difference in our arrival. I felt welcomed and very well received. You can go quietly, you will be very well installed. It would definitely return!

Maria Helena is an excellent host!! Easy, attentive and kind communication. Its space is of great location, best neighborhood of Vitória, brisk walk to the beach and with great restaurants around, including shopping malls, bakeries and supermarkets! Voltaria more often!

A hosting option with quality well above average! Everything is very clean and organized. In relation to price it is extremely cheap – possibly unbeatable, in cost benefit. The apartment has ample furniture - everything the guest needs for a comfortable stay – including a full kitchen. The host is excellent – attentive – and responsive. It deserves the best considerations. If the guest will need to travel to other regions and has their own vehicle (or if they can get a viable transportation alternative) – this place is, in my opinion, the ideal solution.

The stay at Leonardo's place was great! He has always been very helpful when we need it. In addition to the neighborhood being quiet, with good location and close to the supermarket and event center. The structure and environment of the house very well organized and clean. We will definitely be back if there is any other appointment in the area. I recommend it!!

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

We love Jozeli's house, we felt at home… everything new and spacious. Jozeli was great, helpful and attentive to our requests. The site is not difficult to access and has little trade nearby, but it met our needs. Not to mention that it met the needs of my pet, which was super good for it, allowing me to leave without having trouble leaving it. We want to return! Very top!!! We love

The plot is large, with a lawn and small fruit trees. A large balcony next to the BBQ area that makes the best living space in the house. Living room and kitchen are small for a four bedroom house. A social bathroom only for three bedrooms is little, but it is compensated by the bath next to the barbecue (outside the house). The suite is outstanding! The house is well equipped with fans and air-conditioners. The kitchen is almost complete, as the oven is missing, since it only has a top cook, but there is microwave, grill and airfrier. There are outlets throughout the whole house, which also has excellent lighting. The TV is having trouble tuning, with the image varying greatly in quality. The location is excellent, with tranquility even on the busiest days of the carnival of Bicanga. The beach is very close and the center of the "agito" is within walking distance. The local market is weak, but it offers the basics. Very good place to enjoy a beach with family and friends.

It was 4 incredible days! The cozy house, and close to the beach of Jacaraipe which by the way is a very good beach. The house is close to a pharmacy, bakery, supermarket... and it's easy to do every walk. Hosts are very polite and always at your disposal. I recommend and at another opportunity I will be back for sure!

The second time my husband and I stayed at Juliana's lodging and we intend to come back more often. The space clearly designed for the well-being of guests. It's all exactly as per listing. Perfect as always!

The arrival and exit was super quiet. The apartment is comfortable and spacious for the group of 5 people I was. There were blankets for those who had the coldest and extra pillows for those who need bigger pillows. The apartment is very well located, close to a very good restaurant and bakeries. If I go to VIX again, I will rent again.

The apartment is amazing, spacious, very well-equipped and in a perfect location, in front of the beach. It has several amenities that make the stay even more comfortable. The host was extremely attentive and helpful at all times. I highly recommend and would definitely return!
