We went in 11 and the house accommodates a lot of people very well and has a great cost benefit! The land is very large and the "common area" of the house is very large as well. We like it very much!

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

Perfect house, we went with the family and we felt at home! Fully clean, organized house, clean bed linen, towels too! Uncleaned Pool, not to mention all household items and even appliances! Great accommodation, I stayed in a big space for one person but there were about 3 people. I was well attended, in the region I did not see things to do without a car I made my displacement with an average uber of 11 to 14 reais to the center of florianópolis very fast. There are buses that leave platform c of the ticen terminal but take 40 in 40 minutes, so it does not compensate if you want to enjoy the city time is worth gold.

Great property! Quiet place, very quiet,with comfortable furniture and well-equipped house. It is about 250m from the beach,but with very quiet access to it. Educated,helpful host. Anyway, a super recommended place for those who want to rest and even more for those who have small children because,in my opinion ,the beach of Daniela is the quietest for the little ones.

This was a great place, it was a very well-maintained house with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views. Very quiet and surrounded by birds, butterflies, and monkeys. The location was good - just steps from a public boat stop and about 20 minutes to walk to the main part of the area with many good restaurant choices. Great hiking or trail running options in either direction. Joe met us in person, was very welcoming and responsive, and was very flexible for check in and check out. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

The house is very wide, all good and airy rooms, exactly as in the listing. Although it was an old house, everything was in perfect working order. The location is privileged, especially for those who are familiar with Floripa. Close to the eastern and southern beaches, and relatively close to the Centre. Gustavo was very attentive and helpful, as was Marcia, who received us.

Safe neighborhood, good for families and quiet friends, for parties I do not indicate because the neighborhood is residential, and can get in the way of the neighbors. The place is perfect for those looking for rest and quiet. Close to the beach and nature, extremely quiet and safe. The backyard is huge, totally enclosed and safe for those who have pets and children. Rafael was very kind and considerate, always willing to meet the needs. I used to date this house for a long time, I was planning to go because the photos are breathtaking, I can say that personally is even better, a show apart, it was the best house I've ever stayed quietly We did not want to leave there, we did shopping and spent 4 whole days there cooking, enjoying the beach, view, hammock and more If you think about making that investment in your life: do it! You won't regret, the noise of the water it makes is addictive Gilberto is super helpful, had a day that even swept the beach to us, only compliments, I will come back more often.
