If you want to go to cumbuco/caucaia, it is a place that is close to everything, gas station, centrinho, beach, beach club with buggy rides, supermarket, but by the announcement I had understood that the two bedrooms had the conditioned, but only 1 had, but the power of it did not supply the heat of the place, it managed to be efficient only at night/dawn during the morning/afternoon it is not enough to supply the need, but otherwise it was all tranquil, good condominium, with swimming pool, grill, field, covered parking

It's a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach, literally right in front of you. The house is also very charming and well-equipped. It has a restaurant next door, with very tasty food. Anyway, it's a wonderful place and well worth knowing, as well as returning.

Stay more than perfect! The house is huge, beautiful and super cozy. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. The neighborhood is also excellent, with market, bakery, restaurants and bars nearby. And the best of all: the beach is close to the house! Luana was wonderful, always responded quickly and everyone welcomed us well. Me and my friends were very well accommodated.

Our experience at Casa Flamingo was wonderful! Pullinho on the beach ten seconds away, sunrise on the balcony, sunset in the always warm pool, delicious barbecues at the great barbecue, among other incredible moments that we will take with us. The house delivers everything that shows up in the photos and reviews. Very well-equipped, wide, comfortable and in the beach style that we expect when we chose a destination on the coast. We stayed 30 days here and we said goodbye already missed. Also highlight for kindness and availability of Mr. Raimundo and Sebastião that spared no effort to meet all our needs. We highly recommend for short and long stays.

Great stay, quiet location, great to enjoy with friends or family. Casa with a beautiful view, very close to the beach, including great beach for bathing and to see the sunset, being close to the centre of Flecheiras. The house is very functional and complete, providing convenience and fun for the stay. Narciso was very helpful, always responding to the msgs in a timely manner and making himself available as a solution when needed, the homemade Jocelio tbm was very good people in his reception. I recommend the yellow house to everyone.

Everything was very good. Very nice place. Right on the sand. The condominium has an exit to the beach. Super cool beach. Location close to local markets and restaurants. It was all good.

The house is very nice with a beautiful garden! Bed and bath linens are of excellent quality! Some of the suites don't have an electric shower and therefore don't have hot water! The kitchen needs a renovation in general, it falls well below the standard of the house! The staff, both the gardener and the house secretary, are great! Anyway, we really enjoyed the stay, we would definitely come back!

Our stay was excellent! The house is exactly as described: very clean, comfortable, well-equipped and perfect for those seeking rest and convenience. The location is wonderful, in a safe and quiet condominium, with restaurant in front, swimming pool and easy access to the beach. Natália and Luana were incredible hosts, always attentive and available to help us with whatever we needed. We were even more delighted with the reception: we were greeted with special treats, which made the experience even more welcoming. We felt very welcome and would certainly come back. Excellent stay, very cozy apartment, beautiful decor, wonderful beds, which makes it even difficult to leave the house, it's so cozy. We got a rainy week and it was great, I binged on TV series and movies, getting very comfortable. The pool is great, my son had a lot of fun, on Saturday there is recreation for the children, the Center is close, we even went by municipal collective "bora de graça" to the beach. It was almost ten days of a lot of enjoyment, a well-deserved vacation and feeling at home, only by the sea... my family and I were very satisfied and grateful... Pepe and Nildes did a great job on this apartment..

The house is very beautiful, spacious, private, impeccable, in addition to having all kitchen and bed/bath utensils. The Resort is beautiful, calm, quiet. The view from the house to the beach is lush. Cris always attentive and kind, answered me with agility. Finally, it made my birthday even more special with all my family.

Our stay was incredible. The house is very peaceful, has a beautiful seafront view and it’s great design makes you feel immediately welcome. Christoph is definitely one of the most thoughtful hosts we’ve encountered and made our stay very pleasant by being caring and attentive. The house is looked after a great couple that have assisted us tremendously with finding a variety of services we needed (taxi, cleaning, cooking, baby siting) to name a few. We totally recommend staying there and are looking forward to coming back in the near future!
