Simply amazing! The house of Mr. Beto exceeded all expectations and was the perfect setting for my birthday celebration. A true paradise: the outdoor area is stunning, spacious, well cared for and full of charm — perfect for unforgettable moments with family and friends. The house is impeccable in every detail: everything very clean, organized and with complete utensils and in excellent condition, which demonstrates the care and affection with which the space is prepared to welcome guests. A special compliment to the homemade Sr. Francisco, which was simply wonderful: attentive, helpful and always ready to help with sympathy and discretion. Your presence made a big difference! Our stay was wonderful, everyone loved the house is good and wide, all very rustic and beautiful, pleasant atmosphere cozy space near the lagoon and the sea, pleasant atmosphere. Dona Rosa who is responsible for the house (Chaves) is a helpful and pleasant person very much requests in everything. Mirian the landlord is the quickest tenant to respond without mentioning that he is interested in leaving him as willing as possible and promptly! has met all our expectations... thank you very much for these wonderful days.

Very beautiful and organized house, less than 50 meters from the beach. An excellent gourmet area that gives to gather friends, I highly recommend it. And Leila was very helpful and always responded to the requests very quickly.

The house is good and served well what I needed. It is within a quiet condo, which gives a sense of security. The location is also great, with restaurant, market and other shops nearby. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay.

Everything was very good. Very nice place. Right on the sand. The condominium has an exit to the beach. Super cool beach. Location close to local markets and restaurants. It was all good.

Great space, just two blocks from downtown and the beach. The house is spacious and has everything we need in the kitchen and living room. I just found the lighting from the lamps inside the house to be dark at night, but Lucas responded to the suggestion to check this. It has a beautiful pool with a variety of beautiful plants around it. The concierge and the apartment itself have passwords, making it safer. I recommend the space and the owner.

Excellent stay, very cozy apartment, beautiful decor, wonderful beds, which makes it even difficult to leave the house, it's so cozy. We got a rainy week and it was great, I binged on TV series and movies, getting very comfortable. The pool is great, my son had a lot of fun, on Saturday there is recreation for the children, the Center is close, we even went by municipal collective "bora de graça" to the beach. It was almost ten days of a lot of enjoyment, a well-deserved vacation and feeling at home, only by the sea... my family and I were very satisfied and grateful... Pepe and Nildes did a great job on this apartment..

We were 2 adults and 2 children staying for 7 days in mid-January 2025. At all times Jarbas was very helpful, polite and clarified all doubts. The apartment is beautiful, with several utensils available that made our stay comfortable, meeting all our needs. The extremely comfortable beds and pillows, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room are always pleasant. The leisure area is great, with clean swimming pools, an impeccable garden, and very polite and helpful staff. Beach access is safe and entrance through the concierge as well. We felt good about the condominium policy. There is a restaurant and pool bar. Excellent food We went to Morro Branco, Praia das Fontes, Porto das Dunas beach, Sabiaguaba dunes, Lagoinha beaches, Flecheiras, Praia do Futuro and Mercado Central. We rented a car and felt safe the whole time, the city is wonderful, with good and signposted roads. We were sorry to have to leave. Very peaceful environment
