Cozy, fully furnished house with ground floor access, in an excellent location. It is 1 km from the Dragão do Mar cultural center, 2 km from the seafront avenue, 1 km from the José Avelino dawn fair and 10 km from the airport. House with air-conditioning, full kitchen with microwave, gas stove, outdoor area with washing machine, bathroom with electric shower. Warning! The bathroom space is non-standard, it is not very spacious but it is enough to take a shower!! Look at the photos

Nice house near Beach Park beach. Come and enjoy a quiet and reserved beach in a house with a swimming pool, deck with barbecue, oven, freezer, garage and all the comforts to enjoy one of the most popular beaches in Ceará. We are 200 meters from Beach Park, we have chairs, umbrellas and spaghetti to enjoy the beach or pool. House with 6 en-suites, electric shower, full kitchen, balcony and space for hammocks, new bed and bath linens. Very safe and quiet area.
