Flat is wonderful just like the pictures. The view is eye-popping, simplistically wonderful. The apartment is well equipped, everything was clean and impeccable. Veronica is a love, super requests, responds quickly. It's well worth it! My stay was perfect. Super recommend and would be back for sure. A suggestion for further improvement is to place another air conditioner in the living room.

We had a great stay! The apartment accommodated 3 people for Carnival with plenty of space. Kitchen Compact, but with all the necessary utensils. All the staff of the gatehouse were also very helpful and friendly. I recommend it!

It was a very pleasant experience. We only spent one weekend and for two people the apartment served us very well. It is not in a very noisy place, in front of the building there is a pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants nearby, the kitchen is very well-equipped and the staff of the concierge very friendly and helpful. Voltaria for sure!

We stayed for the weekend of the carnival. The village met our sleeping comfort needs and relatively close to the historic center of Olinda.

Once again very satisfied with my stay. Victoria as it always requests a lot and the flat was flawless. I will return more often for sure.

The house is excellent, very well cared for, with a very good pool and very nice barbecue/ coexistence area. The rooms are large and well accommodate families with children and couples. The kitchen is very well-equipped, you can do everything and with the services of Avelina everything was much better!!! The beach area has a very delicious bath, well worth spending time resting and enjoying Itamaracá. To bid, Carolina and Romildo were attentive and helpful, answering our questions,doubts and making them more flexible. Without a doubt, we will return to other opportunities

Pedro’s apartment is a charming gem nestled in the heart of Recife. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, with each item thoughtfully selected to create a harmonious ambiance. During my 16-day stay, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia as I bid farewell. Pedro was an exceptional host, always attentive to my needs. The building’s doorman and general cleaning staff are friendly and highly attentive.

a great apartment in an excellent condominium. the building's terrace has an amazing view of the surroundings and is also where the sauna and swimming pool are. The entrance to the garage is very narrow and needs a lot of attention in case of larger vehicles. fuel station just ahead, mall and wholesalers, MC donalds, bakeries, in short, a trade is enough strong and varied. I loved the location and especially the apartment.

Simply AMAZING! Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The apartment is wonderful — super spacious, cozy and decorated with very good taste! The cleaning was impeccable, it looked like we were entering a brand new place. It had absolutely EVERYTHING a family needs to spend their days with comfort and tranquility. The location was also a great highlight: close to everything, with super easy access to any point of the city. And to improve even more, we found great restaurants and markets just steps away. Everything contributed to our experience being even more special. We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back as soon as we can!

The accommodation is extremely complete, in addition to being located in a condominium that offers many leisure options. Access is greatly facilitated by not needing keys and the super quiet neighborhood. Indico very much this accommodation option, myself and my friends feel at home.

Djalma was a super cool, kind, fairly flexible host with check in and great communication. The apartment corresponds to the ad, is in an old building, but it is all renovated inside and has kitchen utensils, very comfortable mattresses, clean bed and bath linens and Djalma even left us new blankets. The location seemed quite secure and was close to the mall from where the espresso came to the Olinda Carnival. We met my expectations and the purpose of the trip very well.

I think it was one of the most organized stays I've been in the last few years. Orlando always very attentive and helpful, leaves a series of pampering in the apartment. He thought of every detail and need of those who arrive late from a flight to stay in a stay. I recommend it to everyone and I will always stay when I go to Recife.

The apartment is very practical, beautiful and functional. All clean and organized, with the most used kitchen utensils, cool bedding, bathroom all running with very hot water for bathing. Anyway ... impeccable !

It is a very complete apartment. Everything new, with a physical doorman at all times and access control. Swimming pool, gym, laundry... Definitely highly recommended. Also, the owner was interested and asked if everything was okay, which is to be thanked.
