Vacation rentals with lake access in Praia de Mira

We arrived and in felt like home. My daughter's loved the special cake that Marta left for us upon arrival. The house is well equipped with everything you need and more. The bathtub was a favorite, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax and people watch. The beach is only steps away, along with places to grab a snack. We used the bikes for a fun ride and my daughter loved the game room area to read and do crafts. Something for everyone in a picture perfect location. The entire home was impeccable. Thank you Marta for your warm hospitality and attention to detail.

As nossas expectativas relativamente à Casa da Saudade eram à partida muito elevadas e, mesmo assim, foram totalmente superadas em todos os aspectos. A casa é muito confortável e acolhedora, os quartos e a sala são espaçosos, a cozinha tem todos os equipamentos necessários mas o que verdadeiramente nos deixou fascinados foram os exteriores. Todo o espaço exterior é verdadeiramente paradisíaco, não havendo palavras que lhe façam justiça. Todos os dias demos mergulhos no rio, fizemos churrascos, apanhamos sol na rede e nas espreguiçadeiras, fizemos caminhas pelos inúmeros trilhos e ainda passeamos de barco. Éramos 6 adultos e todos concordamos em que este foi um dos locais mais bonitos que conhecemos. Todo o contacto com o Cláudio foi rápido, cordial e eficaz. Recomendamos vivamente a Casa da Saudade e contamos repetir a experiência, sem margem para dúvidas.

My stay was just what I needed: a couple of peaceful days in the pristine mountains of Portugal. Very well, equipped kitchen, very comfy bed and nice linens …the host left me some vegetables and fruit from garden, which was amazing. A couple of stunning fireplaces in the house that I used every night Just enjoyable. Thank you.

This place was so magical. A big group of us came to stay for a half marathon in Aveiro and it was the perfect weekend - the pool was fabulous, the pond was so meditative, the sunrises were beautiful. The rooms were all super comfortable (3 of them en-suites plus additional shared bathrooms) and the kitchen was great to cook in. We were going to have lunch in Aveiro after the race but decided to head back to chill by the pool and have a bbq because it’s such a relaxing place. Plenty of space for everyone. We even had to stay an extra night because of the nationwide blackout and João and his family were so kind and accommodating - in the end we were so grateful we got to spend an extra night in this wonderful place! Can’t recommend highly enough and would love to come back in future.

Short stay to visit friends nearby. Marvelous private house. All brand new and clean. Great arrival and reception. Verry friendly tour by owner and a beautyful welcome table prepared with wine, fruit, jam, cake etc. Bottles of water in every bedroom, we felt right at home. Private parking behind the gate, lots of space for multiple cars. Beautifull views from the terraces around the house and a nice covered sitting area with small barbecue and plenty space. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

C’était extraordinaire ! Les enfants ont vraiment adores leur séjour grâce à toutes les attentions pour eux dans le logement. Malgré la pluie personne ne s’est ennuyé ! Le logement est magnifique, endroit tranquille et si près de la ville et des attractions. Nous avons adoré, le meilleur logement à ce jour avec des enfants.

Le paradis ! un havre de paix, entouré de la rivière, de la nature. Une maison absolument magnifique et tout confort. Nous nous sommes vraiment ressourcés et notre passage de 3 jours chez Paula a été le notre meilleure expérience au Portugal. Les alentours sont splendides: les petits villages de schiste, la campagne, Coimbra, les maisons des villages aux alentours, les jardins. Nous envisageons un jour de revenir, c'est une maison qui créée des souvenirs !

Notre séjour a été très agréable. Marta est très sympathique. Le logement est très charmant. On s'y est senti très bien. Merci Marta.

The apartment was so cozy, we were grateful for the little local treats that were left for us it was such a nice touch. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful view of the river from the bedroom windows. The small town was quaint and we enjoyed immensely walking around trying all the amazing restaurants and enjoying the beach. My family and I can’t wait to visit this amazing place again soon!!! Thank you for an amazing little getaway!!

Appartement spacieux, très très bien équipé. On se sent bien accueilli par les touches décoratives et les attentions ( des petits chaussons vous attendent à l'entrée). L'hôte est disponible pour répondre aux attentes. Location très professionnel. Seul petit point améliorer, la literie du lit king size, sinon tout le reste est parfait.

Super 2 jours dans ce beau logement. Tout était parfait et super localisation. Il y avait tout autour resto, boucheries, pâtisseries, plage de sable en arrière et en avant la vue sur le canal d’eau. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi dans l’appartement . Il y avait une belle luminosté et il était très bien équipé. C’est certain que je reviendrai sur la Costa Nova. Merci pour tous Carlos.

Fomos em quatro pessoas em novembro/2024… Casa limpa , com ótima localização próxima do centro de figueira , próxima de mercado , bairro tranquilo . Quartos arrumados e a comunicação com o anfitrião sempre muito flexível. Recomendo a casa!

Apartamento muito tranquilo, silencio total, limpeza impecável a cama muito confortável o que facilita e muito o descanso. O apartamento fica a 15 minutos a pé das termas que se faz tranquilamente junto ao rio, comunicação foi fácil e rápida, recomendo vivamente a estadia nesta habitação.

8 of us had an amazing week at Ria Surf House. The pool area was perfect for us adults and kids! Mariana was very helpful and responsive. Fab meals at the snack bar and Casa das Enguias. We didn’t have a car but Mariana put us in touch with a lovely local taxi driver who ensured we could get around when not walking. Also took the train to Porto and Aveiro, great days out. The beach was amazing - a walk through a forest to get there - a wild and remote feel. Many thanks!

Ficar hospedado com o Jorge foi uma experiência muito diferente. É um local histórico e numa localização incrível. Tanto o prédio tem sua estrutura física com essas características muito únicas ligadas à historia de Condexa e seu estilo de vida, bem como estar na frente de uma área histórica com mais de 2.000 anos feitas pelos Romanos dá um ar totalmente diferenciado para a hospedagem. Sem contar que a localização é perfeita para quem vai usar de base para rodar a região de Coimbra, Coninbriga, Pombal e outras do entorno. Clima de campo com fácil acesso, excelente localização e uma boa estrutura para uma excelente estadia , e ainda uma comunicação fácil e ágil com o Jorge. Agradecemos a nossa hospedagem. ALOHA!

Magnifique maison, décorée avec goût, vaste et très propre. Propriétaire très aimable. Située en zone rurale, au bord de la ria Aveiro. Agréable piste piéton et cycliste à 2 pas. Au bord de la lagune. La ville d'Aveiro et les plages océanes à 15 mn de voiture. Maison vraiment top.

We had a brilliant time at Canto Do Zêzere - the house is really clean, spacious and comfortable, and the lakeside location is absolutely stunning. Boating on the lake was a highlight! We would definitely come back again.

This is a great space in a real out-of-the-way part of Portugal. Tired of big city tourism? Try this property. Tiny villages dot the hills and you get an old world sense of Portugal here. The pool is the real star of the property here (as are Eric's three dogs, one of which lounged with us each morning) as it overlooks he view of the river. We did use the kayaks as well. It is hard to get to them down a very steep hill with ladders and a bit of minor repelling. Not for those with a bad knee or hip. Which gets me to, accessing the apartments, particularly the lower unit, is tricky. Steep, slanting and uneven steps that can be a little slippery. Perhaps not for the elderly. Hint for improvement would be to upgrade the furnishings and kitchenware. The knives couldn't cut an orange.

Het echtpaar van de boerderij was ontzettend gastvrij en aardig. Ze hebben tijdens ons verblijf twee taarten gebakken voor ons, uit gastvrijheid. Bovendien hielpen ze ons met al onze vragen ondanks hun iets wat gebrekkige Engels. Ze gaven ons ook nog eens gratis verse broden van de bakker De kamers in de woning zelf waren van alle gemakken voorzien en ontzettend schoon. De boerderij is ook nog ontzettend groot dus aan ruimte geen gebrek. Ik kan deze Airbnb aan iedereen aanraden, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!
