The hosting was wonderful. The apartment is really amazing, very well divided. The infrastructure of the building is perfect: with a very good gym (one of the best I have ever seen in a building), the thermal pool is wonderful, the outside as well. The building is very large, many leisure areas. The room view is perfect, the best view of poa. Victor was extremely attentive, he responded super fast and always very polite. Amamos, we will definitely host more often.

The apartment can be better than what the photos show. Large, comfortable, complete apartment, with all the necessary equipment and high quality. The very good showers and gas heating. Clean and organized building, close to the mall. The area is very quiet! I thank César for the kindness and attention throughout our stay. I highly recommend the place! Thank you!

The stay was perfect from beginning to end. The space is extremely cozy, clean and well decorated, just as shown in the photos. The location is great, with easy access to sights, restaurants and transportation. The host was very helpful and attentive, always available for any questions and ensuring a worry-free experience. The place is super well equipped, with everything needed for both short and long stays. I recommend to those seeking comfort and quality. It would definitely return!

Lucas place is pretty close to the bus, train and Catamaran station, it’s close to the historical sites in the center and very near to ciudad baixa where there there are lots of places to eat & drink. Lucas was flexible about the check out because we had a bus ticket to Canela at 12:30, he let us stay 30 minutes more.

Great apartment. Super large and well-distributed rooms Great location and easy. Mini market on the corner and pharmacy and super nearby restaurants. Ana Virgínia super polite and amiable. It explained the function of the apartment with great clarity and pasciencia. I highly recommend it.

We were teamed to work on the humanitarian action in RS. The apt served us perfectly, as we were 4 and everything served us well. Ample, comfortable and in a great location. We'll have to go back and doubt I'll look for the space again. Gratitude to Jorge and Cida for affection and empathy.

Cassio was a thoughtful host and his place is really cool. Upon entering the AP it had a clean smell and the air-conditioner was already on, leaving the super pleasant environment. I recommend.

Elisete always very helpful and very quick to answer the questions we had. the house is large, cozy, equipped and is in a very quiet condominium. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room was not working and for this issue we felt a lack of fans. the stay was wonderful
