Our stay was great! The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures, everything was clean and well organized. The house offers a lot of fun, we take advantage of the pool and the games room! The host was very attentive and requested before and during the trip, and that made all the difference! We will definitely be back! You exceeded our expectations!

Great experience! Highly recommend! Our stay was simply amazing! The house is great, very spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, which made our days even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the place is super cozy, with a charming decoration and all the details well taken care of. Also, both the host and the housekeeper were extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help us with what we needed. We feel very welcome and we are sure to come back at the next time. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a special place to rest and enjoy the coast!

Great place Location: The house is a few minutes away from the beach and the French village, and it is quiet to go and go back walking, including the evening. I recommend walking back and forth because the traffic on the beach is bad and to park it was complicated. Go and return walking was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find dishes, glasses, cups and save everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue as well. Although a room has no air conditioning, it is not warm because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage fits up to 03 small cars. Mas 02 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

The house is as described in the listing, in addition it had an iron and hair dryer. The hostess and the neighbor were very attentive and helped us with directions to places to eat and go out at night. The only flaw is that the kitchen had a “stale” smell that seemed to come from the sugar.

Casa located in good gated condominium with exclusive access to the beach and the Hibiscus Beach Club. Well equipped with appliances and kitchenware. Very nice. The beach, although still in the City of Maceió, is quite quiet, approximately 40 minutes from the center. It was what we were looking for to rest and relax. The host receives very well, very much requests, responds quickly, gives several tips on everything you need. I recommend and will be staying there next to Maceió.

We had a great time. We were accommodated in Andrea's apartment for a week. The location is excellent, very safe, close to restaurants, bars, drugstores and the famous Pajuçara feirinha. There's a supermarket on the corner of the apartment where we were shopping. In addition, we were always served quickly and carefully by Andrea when any questions arose. Great communication, including indications of places to attend. The apartment is well organized, clean and well equipped. We felt at home. Super recommend the Andrea apartment and we will definitely be back.

The apartment is extremely clean and organized. It has everything to make your stay peaceful and comfortable. I saw that you will put air conditioning in the room...it will be sensational! The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable...maybe leaving a single mattress available would be better. The region is excellent, very close to the best location on Ponta Verde beach. Great apartment ( wide and airy and everything we need) to stay a few days. Well centralized, close to everything ( markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, bakery, etc.) and the waterfront with its sounds and sights. The staff of the building are friendly and helpful. E Mrs. Cristina and her family, complete the delightful reception. Loved it.

Great space, the building has a great leisure area but the landscape now has a contribution right in front of the view to the sea. As my focus was to go out and do many walks I loved and would super come back. The bed and the pillows are impeccable. Everything is very nice.

The apartment was slime and organized, exactly the same as the ad. The gatekeepers are polite, and the cleaning staff spends every day picking up the garbage. Victor was very polite and quickly answered my doubts. The apartment is right at the end of the jatiuca, to reach the waterfront are about 100m. Me and my husband liked it, recommend it and would definitely be back again.

Villas do Pratagy is a beautiful place, great to come with the family, the children loved too much, especially the pool.

The apartment is very complete and comfortable, all extremely clean and well taken care of. Large and airborne space. The rooms are dark what I particularly like, good beds and pillows, large cabinets, clean and spacious bathrooms, complete kitchen in utensils, good bed and bath linens. The location is very good, several options for bars and restaurants nearby. It is a little further away from the tourist attractions such as a feirinha, photo spots, busier stalls and bathing area… but nothing that a walk and 5 to 10 min drive does not solve.

Organized Condominium, good leisure area, well-kept apartment, beautiful sea view from the balcony and wonderful beach. The price was high, but we must take into account that it was a period of carnival.

Perfect location to do a lot on foot. Hostel answered everything clearly and quickly. Safe and tourist district. I will come back for sure.
