Beach block with pool - cozy home

Our house is on the sea court in a quiet resort of Itapoá - the Bamerindus condominium. It is WIDE and an excellent choice for leisure and rest. It has 03 bedrooms on the lower floor, ALL WITH air CONDITIONING being 02 suites, kitchen in open concept integrated with dining room and gourmet space with BARBECUE. The POOL is wide and protected with gates. On the upper floor there is a large living room, TV, reading space, table for games, balcony and lavabo.

A well-maintained pool area is surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees, providing a serene environment. The pool features a light blue hue and is complemented by wooden decking and lounge chairs. A vibrant wall in the background adds a cheerful touch to the landscape.
