Marcos and Lilian's house, in addition to being aesthetically beautiful, is also very practical and prepared. A welcoming environment for families, perfect for memorable moments. We booked Casa Mati for a special occasion, so we hired Zil and Stephanie, who spared no effort to make our days the best possible - we started with an excellent regional breakfast and they still took care of lunch and dinner, in addition to making sure that everything was always in order and working. The house is well maintained, located in a gated community, still with few houses built. To access the beach, a car is required, as the condominium is not on the seafront. But the car is necessary to explore the region (beaches, Vilinha Marceneiro, Vila Guajá… etc). I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable retreat in Milagres.

Great choice. Very tidy and clean house. Various utensils available in the kitchen Comfortable Bed. It would spend more time peacefully. Location very central. Near markets, restaurants and the beach. Hostã Aurea is very attentive, as well as being super helpful with several recommendations for places to eat and tours to do. Collaborada Fátima Tb very attentive and requests. Would recommend! We'll be back soon.

Unforgettable Refuge in Japaratinga! Casa Linda, surrounded by coconut trees, super wooded and 30 seconds from the beach. Absolute silence, starry sky at night and even fireflies in the garden. Ideal for families, has sand blocks for children, cradle, plenty of space and is safe and quiet. In terms of infrastructure in the bedrooms and bathroom, everything is super comfortable: great beds, smelling bedding, potent showers, full kitchen and barbecue, which cannot be missed in the beach house and was used every day. The hostess is amazing, she gave us all the right tips on where to eat, who delivers, and the best tour ever: typical raft of the region that takes you to eat lobster barbecue in the natural pools (not to be missed!). And the house still comes with a wonderful employee who makes a regional breakfast with couscous, tapioca, cakes and fresh fruit. The truth is that we love the authentic Japaratinga experience we had. Thanks Fernanda, we'll be back for sure!

4 friends traveling along the coast of Brazil we went through great places, wonderful landscapes, but we all unanimously went to Terezinha's house and the service of Bianca was the best home the most cozy, perfect house, if we had to choose a place to come back we would all choose this house congratulations and thank you

Our stay was absolutely amazing here! The house is not only beautiful and perfectly located, it's also smartly and tastefully built. It has everything one may need, the rooms are large and airy, everything works seamlessly and we spent countless hours in the garden, pool and at the beach, which you reach in less than 10 seconds by foot. What a little heaven on earth. Camila was absolutely wonderful to us, flexible and kind, responsive and understanding, making our stay even better. Also, our cook and cleaning help Nana & team added the extra touch, by making us feel at home straight away and understanding our needs with her attention and discretion. There were also so many great amenities for the pool and for playing for our kids, it was simply perfect. We had a beautiful time with our family and can only highly recommend this beautiful place! The house is beautifully decorated, with a wonderful beach vibe. All rooms are suites, which provided a lot of privacy and comfort for our group. The location is excellent, a few steps from the beach. The house is well equipped with utensils and good appliances. As we were in six people, we missed a larger pot for group meals, but we have already passed this feedback and believe it will be provided. Bed linens are of excellent quality. I recommend and would be back for sure!​

We stayed from the 21st to the 12/29/2024. Great apartment, on the first floor. Everything clean and looking great, comfortable beds. Hostess responded quickly, met expectations and was proactive. I highly recommend it.

Excellent attention from Gilma. very clean and bright. I was very surprised to find a conservative and tapers to use. As well as restrooms and towels. Excellent crockery. Colchon 10 points. The view of the sunrise is wonderful from the balcony. Having 2 bathrooms solves everything when using them. Compared to 3 other departments that rent in Maragogi, Porto and Maceio, I found the price a little high due to lack of services such as Pileta, Gimnasio, Elevator. However, I would definitely come back.

Great accommodation, my wife and I spent 6 days. Check in was easy and quick, the Erika always very attentive and available. On the second day, we noticed that beach and parasol chairs were not available, but Erika provided, making it possible to get to know more distant beaches and no infrastructure available. The house also has a super functional kitchen, and appliances such as a blender and air-fryer. The house is cozy and has an ideal size, with comfortable rooms. My only observation are the showers, which have little water flow and pressure. But nothing that prevented us from spending excellent days! I recommend the stay and the host. Thank you very much, we hope to be able to return and we will certainly recommend it to family and friends.

To the stay that I spent hosted meeting my expectations, Hugo always answered when we needed to ask something. The place close to everything market,pharmacy and collective transport when we need to get around. Very quiet without noise. And no flat had everything you need. We arrived we found everything clean and organized toilets and cleaning products as well as water. For those who arrive late you already have some things in the dispensa this facilitating your stay until you get organized. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back more often!

The stay was wonderful, I felt at home, the flat is a charm, well-equipped, everything clean, internet good. Super peaceful hosts. Everything I ordered was made available immediately. My Ap was on the 3rd floor and the view is wonderful, there is no price to have breakfast every day with the view of the scenery of the beach, very beautiful. It left the apartment and was already on the wonderful beach, a paradise. Quiet place for those who need concentration to work. I loved the stay and will come back more often to stay at Japaratinga Flat, an excellent cost-benefit. What I liked the most was being able to take a beautiful walk by the beach every day, it was wonderful. Congratulations Anderson and Amanda for all care.

Very nice apartment, everything is brand new, well located and exactly as shown in the listing. New condominium with good infrastructure, very friendly staff and help with whatever you need. A special mention for Cicero.

This was my first time staying on Airbnb site, and the experience was great! The flat was perfect, the kitchen super-equipped, the room clean, the sleeping excellent, I really did! Boqueirão beach, close by, we walked. And also, there was a laundry, which I think is very valid for those who will spend several days. Japaratinga is a paradise, we fall in love with the beaches. Anyway, everything perfect, my thanks to Rafaela, super helpful. I loved my stay, I hope to return soon.

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

The property corresponds to the description of the listing, Rafael is very proactive, always ready to answer us. There is nothing missing for any type of traveler, couples or families, the structure serves everyone. The beaches of Porto de Pedras and surroundings are wonderful allowing all types of programming. Be sure to take the raft ride.

We had an excellent stay. We loved that the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed (air frier, blender, coffee machine etc). However, both showers weren’t nice. The water pressure wasn’t good, and it was either very cold or too hot. The condominium looked clean and well maintained

impeccable everything, perfect for a couple. I even had a sofa bed that next time I will take my two teenage children. New furniture and appliances, new apt, clean pool, all jewelry.

It was all perfect. Since before we arrived, they sent a text explaining everything and with several tips on what to do there….super attentive. And when we got there everything was perfect, it's exactly the same as the photos and the location is very good, not even 2 min walking to the beach. it was amazing and we already want to go back
