My stay in this apartment in Ipanema was just fantastic! From the time of booking to check out, everything was impeccable. Communication with the host was quick and efficient, providing all the necessary information and always proving available for any questions. The apartment itself is a charm. Decorated with great taste, it is extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. I found everything I needed for a perfect stay, from full kitchen utensils to excellent quality bed and bath linens. The internet worked perfectly for my entire stay. However, the great highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the view to Christ the Redeemer. Waking up every morning and having a coffee with that iconic image in the background was simply magical. The pictures do not live up to the beauty of the landscape, which becomes even more special at dusk.

Leonardo is an amazing host, attentive and considerate of guests' needs. The apartment accommodates 3 people well, has several cooking utensils, is airy, a good place to rest between tours or even to stay if you are working in Rio. The location is great, with everything close and easy access to tourist attractions such as the Lapa arch, Santa Teresa Tram, etc. I loved it and, for sure, when I return to Rio, I will stay there again.

Excellent apartment, 100% met our expectations. It had all necessary utensils and appliances. Spacious and comfortable facilities. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was wonderful. Of the best things it was that it has a filtered ice water dispenser. Aires conditioned that allowed to cool the apt in its entirety. We would come back without hesitation. Enzo was very helpful during the entire stay. I loved it all! The location is great, and the apartment is well organized, with all the essentials. Bed and bath linens were impeccably clean and very smelling. I definitely recommend!

Communication was great and the house exceeded expectations. Very spacious, clean and organized. We didn't lack anything. Luiz and Dani were super helpful and malleable when negotiating the check-in and check-out time. I recommend it.

I just finished another stay at Patrick's Colonial Casa. I was there for 11 nights. I like the old style of the house - tall ceilings, lots of windows with shutters, easy access. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave and panini grill. Electric hot shower works well. Small balcony with washer is great area for laundry with outdoor drying. Patrick and Elias are easy to communicate with. I look forward to returning yet again, soon.

This place is absolutely incredible! The views from both inside the apartment and from its two balconies are unbelievable. It’s right across the street from an amazing small beach and a 20-minute walk to larger beaches and a great selection of restaurants. The location is super peaceful - you get to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, and Jeanne was a very accommodating and responsive host. As others have noted, there are a LOT stairs to reach the unit, so it’s something to be aware of if accessibility is a concern. However, for my partner and me, the stunning views and great location made the climb more than worth it. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place! The convenience is exactly like in the pictures, spacious and quiet house. Ana is extremely solicitor and very helpful. Although the house is a bit far from the station it is super quiet the way and the site has easy travel to bus station and other places in the city. We highly recommend.

Beautiful guest house located on a stunning property. The dog is very cute and barks but does nothing so don’t be alarmed at night. Be sure to book Uber Black while trying to get to the place as a manual won’t make it up the steep hills. There is always a security guard at the gates so felt pretty safe. The place is beautiful with a stunning view of Christ the Redeemer, be sure to close the doors as you’re in a jungle area so it’s very easy for bugs to get in.

My boyfriend and I were delighted to stay! The house is wonderful, super complete, cozy and very well taken care of. The bed was super comfortable, the weather was great, and the hydro was a real differential — perfect for relaxing in the cold. In addition, the host was extremely considerate, always responding quickly and being very understanding in everything. We definitely recommend and would come back without a second thought. Julie’s place is amazing! A gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location, only minutes from the beach and many restaurants and cafes. The view of the ocean and the two brothers from the roof terrace is simply fantastic. We ate breakfast on the terrace every morning and watched the waves in the distance and the birds soaring overhead. The apartment itself is wonderfully cosy and bright and filled with plants and lovely mementos from Julie’s travels, which made it a very relaxing place to spend our evenings. My husband and I and two friends stayed at Julie’s place for five days and it was the perfect size for four people. Julie is a wonderful host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. I really can’t recommend her place enough. If I could give Julie and her place 10 stars I would. I will be planning my next trip to Rio around when her place is available.

Wonderful stay in Leblon. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had an amazing view. Super close to the beach and everything you need. Cristina was a great host – highly recommend.

Great stay at this nice flat with Merc and Eva who were really great hosts. They tried to help even when it was almost impossible...Rio is Rio Ipanema is beautiful and it's people too!!

The apartment is excellent! Very well located, in front of the sea. Fully equipped and comfortable. Alexandre was a great host, always responded quickly, very friendly and willing to help. He built it has games for children very useful both outdoors and inside. Heated pool with ocean views. I recommend it 100%! We'll be back!!!

Lília is a very considerate host. It was a sweet at all times. Not to mention that the locality is a tranquility that alone. Besides the bedroom is a delight, the way that matches the photos. We will definitely come back more often.

This stay was amazing. The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach. I felt safe and secure as there was security in the building at all times. The place was spotless and stocked with everything I needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rio! Felt like home away from home.
