Take the whole family to this beautiful and pleasant house located in the best area of Itamaracá Island, 150 meters from São Paulo Beach and about 1 km from Fort Orange, one of the island's main tourist attractions. The house has a swimming pool, barbecue, large L-shaped terrace, flat-screen TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, living room for two environments, fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a suite, have air-conditioning, are quite spacious, and I provide bed linen, pillows and bath towels.

Very well ventilated, terrace with hammocks, garden, fruit trees and coconut trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility and privacy. Space to socialize around the pool with barbecue, tables and exclusive bathroom in the area. All 4 bedrooms have split air conditioning, 3 of which are suites and a social bathroom. Wi-Fi and smart TV in the living room. Kitchen equipped with two refrigerators, microwave, stove and Airfryer. Just one hundred meters from the beach.
