I fell in love with the place and want to go back. Exactly as in pictures! The view is beautiful and makes you want to spend the day on the balcony watching the landscape. Good location, organization of the environment is impeccable, the sofa bed is comfortable and fits a couple peacefully, the environment was clean and complete with everything in the kitchen. It has no stove, it is important to reinforce, because I did not pay attention to this, but it has everything to turn out as an electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, blender and other items. I highly recommend and would come back many times!

We had great days staying in the accommodation of Rômulo, a cozy, super clean environment and with all necessary utensils, the house is also well located with easy access to several beaches. The host was super communicative and attentive, he also showed us great tours that we enjoyed a lot! And at the end we still get super cute souvenirs from Arraial, note 10!

The host is very friendly, she always responded promptly to our questions. We enjoyed the place. We would recommend warning people to bring mosquito repellent for those who do not consider it a priority.

The loft is the same as the photos, it has everything you need to spend the stay, it is very well located and close to everything we need, from the rope to the ascent of the pontal of Atalaia and Praia Grande. Ângelo gave me great tips for places and restaurants to know, as well as being very polite and friendly.

Excellent accommodation, very well located on the main avenue, which allowed you to take the bus meters from the entrance of the inn. It is also very accessible on foot, you have beaches nearby and the center 15/20 min walk. The area is quiet for walking at any time. The facilities of the place were very comfortable, and when we were welcomed they helped us with a lot of directions about the place and local activities. We would definitely stay here again.

The convenience is great! Near Rua das Pedras and you can do things by walking without having to spend a kidney on parking. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, with everything extremely clean and organized. The condominium is very quiet and reserved, which for us was excellent because it only had the noise of nature.

Great hosting, according to photos! Great location, quiet, clean place. The only thing he left wanting was the internet that didn't reach the apartment, but easily resolved with the hotel internet that picks up in the leisure areas! More than recommended.

great house, close to the beach, all close to help. Mr Afrânio and Mr Marcos were very friends, were willing to help the check in be faster due to my 6-month-old son, a clean and cozy place, he meets everything that is proposed in the listing, easy access, quiet without much noise around and in 3 minutes walking you are on the beach or even msm in the square, once again I recommend with my eyes closed, we will be back soon...😉

I and my family loved the place. When we arrived everything was clean. She is your husband always answered the messages quickly. An episode that caught my attention on the day of closing the reservation. Before she accepted the reservation, she told me that the person who takes care of the house sent a message talking about a bee house that had there. She promptly left my choice if I would still want to stay in the house. Me clearly explained where the bee house was and how it showed no danger I accepted. I thought it was nice of her to let us know. In the case it was shown to be interested in that we knew before even closing the reservation. We will definitely come back more often. House close to everything.

It was quiet days,the condominium is safe and has a beach ,but we prefer to go to the buzios since even in the high season with traffic was giving 45 minutes , so we went and we came back without problem , we were able to enjoy the lakes region paying an affordable price in the carnival , it was worth it, the little house is cute and equipped,we made coffee and even lunch , Débora is helpful and friendly , we are pleased , if you want to feel more in them still carry the pillow of you because there are people who are strange . We will return .

the place is just like the photos, it has a refrigerator, you can cook very well there and the arrival was very easy, Victoria and Mari were always attentive to give me information about the place since I wanted to know almost everything. So don't hesitate to ask them! there are ants is true but nothing that can't be handled by keeping it tidy and clean! They had the attention to leave us basic things like sugar oil and salt for the kitchen and napkins, a nice experience! we'll be back!

Great location on top of a Bakery, several markets around, Pizzaria, açaí store, Hortfruti and many other outlets. About the apartment super clean, pleasant, fans to leave the air-conditioned environment, only one point to improve the size of the bathroom box is small (for large people may have difficulty getting in, just like me) but other than that, the kitchen is complete with utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave and other things.
