The stay was great. House is exactly as advertised, very wide and clean. The condominium is very safe and quiet. Renata always helped by answering questions and responding quickly and proactively. Leidinha, who took care of the house and cooked for us, was wonderful. He did everything we needed and beyond. Every day, he left a table set for breakfast and lunch, with a warm cake. She also cleaned every room every day. Casa + Leidinha = wonderful stay!

We love our stays in the house. The super comfortable house, identical to the photos, all very clean and organized, outside with the pool and wonderful barbecue. Host and home town are very attentive .

The best holiday possible! About the space: very well cared for, clean, cute and comfortable. Very spacious house! About the receptivity: amazing!!! Very thoughtful, they think about the smallest details! We feel at home! They left all rooms with electric repellent, bathrooms smelling. We got a wine when we arrived and because we're pregnant, a grape juice too! Delicious! We will be back for sure.

The property of Patrícia is a wonderful house, very spacious, well built and well located. Patrícia was extremely solicitous and the homemade Kleber gave us all the support we need during the stay. Because it is a very large and relatively old property, some maintenance is necessary, but nothing that would hinder our stay with comfort and tranquility.

Our stay was great! My family and I love the apartment — it is well located, spacious, clean, organized and very close to the beach, which made all the difference to make the most of our days. The hostess was super attentive, as well as the staff of the building, always cordial and helpful. As a suggestion for improvement, we miss some items for easy cleaning at checkout, since there is no cleaning fee and that part is up to guests. Panos, basic products and extra utensils would make a difference. For those who want to cook, it is worth knowing that the kitchen has only the basics, there is no microwave and there is also no Wi-Fi. All of this is described in the listing, so it wasn't a surprise, but I think it's worth sharing so that future guests are prepared and, who knows, for possible improvements. Overall a great experience!

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped and spacious. It has the elements to go to the beach. The condo is spotless and comfortable. Very helpful concierge always. Ailton is very correct and attentive to every moment and even helped us when we had issues with the Airline. It's a great host! Everything top notch! I recommend it and I would definitely go back to that apartment in Guarujá!
