We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. The flat contains: a bathroom, kitchen/bedroom and balcony with TV, air-conditioning, refrigerator, portable electric cooktop, coffee maker, microwave, sandwich maker, etc. In front of the condominium is the pier for water taxis to other beaches and islands, and also the arrival point for ocean liners.

Located at the end of the Bardor waterfront on Armação beach, 50 meters from Ossos beach, 120 meters from Azeda beach, 500 meters from João Fernandes beach and 500 meters from Rua das Pedras, where the best restaurants, bars and nightclubs are located, the suite faces Armação beach. Nice house, on the sand, facing the sea of Arraial do Cabo. We are 6 km, 11 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds. The chalet is located in Monte Alto, a very quiet, simple and rustic village, 15 km from Arraial. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space!
